I just wanna see a slugfest...personally I think Garcia and lucus are overrated...but so are most of todays fighters...I just wanna b entertained for once

tysons fury is a joke and so is anyone who believes he's the next big thing in boxing...he's just big..barely beat chisora..Steve almost kod him..arreola would make quick work of him..Jennings would make him his *****...even wilder would blemish his hyped up record
Posted from Boxingscene.com App for Android
that fight was closer than the score cards made it seem...Garcia throws every punch like he's pitching..he's very hittable...nd lucus punches are a lil more compact...but we don't know how the machine will respond when he gets hit nd hurt..I just don't c him blasting out Garcia like he did Peterson...Garcia isnt a boxer..he's gonna fight in the trenches...I see it dead even

It was so close by the end of the 6th round.. the scorecards was meaningless. For hardcore Lewis fans who watched the fight numerous times.. we can tell you that there was actually a swing round or two.. which could realistically make the cards 3-3 or 4-2 Lewis.. It really doesn't matter.
The fact of the matter is: old shot corpse version of Lennox Lewis stopped Prime Vitali in 6 rounds.
Prime Lennox Lewis will utterly and completely beat up Prime Vitali.
I wish to God the fight had continued so Vitali's eye falls out.. this way we can all hear about how Lennox made Vitali blind.
o vitali was winning...he was beating the champ...an old champ at that...it doesn't matter...he got stopped...nd the fight was close...nd Lewis was gonna get the ko...good input

The proposition of Calzaghe as an all-time great should be deemed an indictment for Fraud. This English-born, half-Italian - half-Welsh CHARLATAN led a completely manufactured career. His bogus hometown slap-stoppages were atrocious which can be seen, and exposed of, on YouTube.
It took this crook NINE years to unify, and in his ''reign'', he boxed FIVE top-10 contenders. His promoter, Frank Warren, a leaching gangster with odious ties to the WBO ensured Calzaghe could get away with the most repulsive of contenders, often fighting top-50 WBO mickey mouse contenders.
Calzaghe has a few decent wins. But his style was terrible and he was a compulsive cherry picker.
IF Calzaghe is great, then by the same analogy we can say Sven Ottke and Dariusz Michalczewski are legends.
Pathetic.
that's the truth

This weekend:
Maidana-Lopez
Lara-Angulo
Huck-Afolabi
Gamboa-Perez
Dawson-Stevenson
On 22nd Broner-Malignaggi and Banks-Mitchell. GGG-Macklin on 29th.
With the split of Golden Boy and Top Rank, maybe that isn't such a bad idea after all in a way. Seeing as both Showtime and HBO need to up their game to attract customers, we will see more top fights more often.
this months fights are crossroad fights...kinda sucks..I was once interested in Dawson but after the beatdown from ward he doesn't even seem like the champ...Lara and angulo are both just good contenders.. I think the real credible fight is ggg vs mac...ggg is a good undefeated fighter vs a good titlist...both are hungry..the rest of the fights have that re hashed vibe

rigo is the nxt ppv cash cow

If Froch wins and his PPV sells well, I would imagine all his fights will be on PPV.
Weren't / aren't all those free? Or am I mistaken here..
I kno in the USA they were...that's the only way id watch them lol

well gotta give Bradley some credit..I don't think he won...but because pac lost to him...it made pacs fight options change...and it change the p4p rankings...gave Floyd back his p4p...even though ward at that point shoulda been #1..nd it gave the mayweather- pacquiao super fight more excuses to not happen

not a man alive could do that again, not only that, but he forced all american challengers to duck him and hide away in their country
he even made legends like hopkins nd roy jones straight out duck him by changing their terms at the last moment
u must not kno ne thing about calslappy...no one ducked him...he ducked others...dominated domestic opposition...never really stepped up...he wouldn't last 2 rounds with a prime rj...nd quite frankly...he can't even hold wards jock strap...

He didnt want the fight at 145. He threatened to surrender his title and I remember the WBO getting involved. Not the same thing here.
canelo also isn't coming off two brutal beatdowns like cotto but i digress.......still a b!tch move by floyd though.
true...ellerby says even if canelo weighed 200 lbs money would still whip him....so if that's the case....fight him at 154

I doubt maidana beats broner..hes too slow..I think someone like khan or judah..could beat broner...with fast hast with a little pop...I don't know if it was paulies chin or moving up in weight that effected power...but he sure ddnt look heavy handed

And those people would be very, very retarded.
ur on this site bro..we both know there are retards on here

He's the coward who is scared to leave the us to fight froch for a career high payday.
o yea he's scared to death to fight someone that he easily outclassed

I like Mikey so im not bashing him here but Juanma looked terrible.
Balance was gone, he couldnt get his range, accuracy gone, didnt look like he knew what shots to throw etc
Garcia did what he had to do but i wouldnt look too much into that performance tbh...
I thought the same..I actually felt bad for juanma..arum stunted his career by not getting him the super fight with gamboa..arum let that fight sit for too long..but juanma is done...he looked like an old fighter

I always felt that way about b hop...that some young guy is gonna hurt him...he's too old...doesn't hit hard...not fast ....but been wrong since 2001 nd counting lol..it started way back with tito...stopped betting against him too

ward isn't boring....he's been in entertaining fights...he jus opts for defense first instead of using his face like fright nd kessler just did...
he fought bikas fight and out muscled him...just like he did to countless others...his fights with froch...kessler...dawson...green were entertaining...he mixes it up nd stays in the pockets...
he's not as entertaining as the brandon rios of the boxing world but he isn't boring

when they fought in the usa....it wasn't home court advantage for ward and they had neutral jugdes...if they fight in the UK froch wins via robbery...the first fight proved that there's a class difference...but ward isn't invincible...just froch ain't beating him
