there should be 1 world champion in each division not 4. get rid of super & interim champions. keep a regional titles for each part of the world. NABF(north america), ASIAN PACIFIC(asia, australia, NZLD), EU belt for europe, Latino title(south america & central america,mexico). the title holder in each region gets a top 5 world ranking. you must defend the regional titles in that region(if you hold NABF title it must be defended vs north american contender in north america)against a top contender from that region... Now this is definitely a great idea!!

JMM vs katsidis is a pointless fight. JMM gains nothing at all. Since he is the top guy at 135, why not get a fight with bradley, the top guy at 140. JMM will have no chance against khan, just too big for him.
