I would of thought that if someone has money you're legally entitled to, you take them to court, especially if that other has admitted they owe you the money, and so won't really have much of a defence. It's no reason to not fight, particularly as Floyd didn't have an issue with it in the previous negotiations. And imagine if Pac used that excuse, who would honestly tolerate that? I wouldn't. So it's no excuse for Floyd either.
