I don't think Taylor should do a 3rd fight with Serrano. Taylor is declining pretty quickly, and looking worse each fight (Serrano declining but much slower). Baumgardner hinted at wanting the fight. I think they should do the Baumgardner fight in Croke Park and win or lose she should retire afterwards.
Looks like he has had some kind of a breakdown if I go by his Instagram. Posting that he's the Black Panther, painting it in pink on walls, and somthing about sacrificing himself. All up on his story. I hope he's alright and just trolling or something
You go to a boxing match for the atmosphere not the view though otherwise you may as well watch it on tv
Your crazy. The views pretty important too. I went to see Brook v Spence and we were pretty high up, so had no choice but to watch on the big screen, but the atmosphere was great. I learned my lesson, and for; Brook v DeLuca and Khan v Vargas I made sure we were pretty low down and it made all the difference. The atmosphere was amazing at all three fights though.
Not surprised, nor should anyone else. They said all along that for the right bout occasionally there would be PPVs. I'm hoping they only charge new customers for PPV. i.e if you've been subscribed for 3 months prior to an event, it'll be included for us.
If it's overrated, how did he manage to KO Ortiz stiff who has never been on the canvas in his life? He also hit him in the F*n temple
To be fair, Ortiz two best wins are Jennings and Allen. He hasn't really fought anyone with the ability to KO him cold like Wilder. Saying that, Wilders power is not overrated in my opinion. That's one thing he definitely has in abundance, along with grit and durability.
This is the annoying part when it comes to Pacquiao fights, Roach predicting the KO it never happening, Pac fans predicting KO never happens, former Pacquiao opponents saying Pacquiao hits hard, and can knock his opponent out, NEVER HAPPENS!
where did this delusion come from? The man hasn't knocked anyone out since Hatton, that Lucas Matthysse fight was a dive, Lucas quit he was shot to bits and just took the check and was never hurt.
Pacquiao has dropped guys a lot and wobbled or stun them but he hasn't knocked these guys out, it gets even more annoying when Tim Bradley, Algieri keep saying man Pacquiao has shocking power! or Thurman saying Pacman had concrete hands, just stop this nonsense, he buzzed you and had you dizzy that was all so you couldn't think straight he doesn't have brutal power
This is probably why casuals stopped ordering his fight because of Freddie Roach predicting a KO and it never happening you can only fool the people so many times, and then they will stop buying
Pacquiao is not going hurt or drop or KO Ugas it is not happening, stop with this insanity already the man is 42 years old, undersized, and coming off a two year layoff.
What did his punch feel like when you felt it compared to his past opponents? BTW I think Ugas scrapes a SD.
I wish all negotiations would take place behind the scenes. We get Wilder fam boys, and Joshua fan boys arguing, and acting like lawyers, accountants, and lead negotiators, picking statements from both sides to suit their arguments lol.
Is Joshua going to fight Povetkin next or Wilder????
What is happening?
Despite what most of the lawyers, accountants, solicitors, and business managers of boxingscene think, they're probably negotiating behind the scenes, and not in the media. Hopefully ironing out a few minor things fingers crossed.
A promoter had a meeting with another promoter. Pretty worrying for a promoter to do. It's not like he has any other heavyweights, or was potentially discussing a temporary step aside payout.
Mayweather uses it well!
Jabbing to the body means you can feint to the body in order to land big shots upstairs. I think Maidana got Broner like this and scored a KD, if I remember correctly
Great minds think alike lol. Posted a minute before mine.
That would be a good fight. I'd favour Tony Bellew at Heavyweight. I doubt he'd be willing to drop too much weight, why not at Cruiserweight?
I think Adonis smokes Bellew at any weight. That bush style is all wrong for Bellew, unless Stevenson is past it.
I'm not a fan of fighters jabbing to the body. It rarely sets up a big shot and leaves you open to straight counters. Anyone agree? If not, who uses it well?
It's risky, but Floyd used to do it very well. Saps the opponent's energy and keeps them guessing. You can disguise other punches with it, like how Maidana did to Broner. I'm sure Khan has a good body jab too.
AJ doesn't want to fight wilder in the USA, wants the fight in the UK and that is the major stumbling block from this fight happening, my sources have told me.
I remember AJ saying year ago he wants to fight in America, all of a sudden after getting help from the refs he wants to stay fighting in the uk, hmmm i wonder why. He knows the refs and judges will favour him if it's in the UK. He's protected fo sure.
Once again, bringing you the exclusives.
He kinda said that after his last post fight interview lol. Hopefully Eddie can make a higher offer to Wilder and get the fight in the UK. Then I can go 🙂. Why does everyone have to travel to the states anyway?
Ray Corso from what I can see. Old school guy that really knows his stuff, and doesn't pretend to be an; accountant, businessman, ped expert, master negotiator, or doctor like 95% of this forum. He avoids that bull****.
I think Spence should be added to that list too. He's a vicious body puncher. Honourable mention needs to go to the Body Snatcher Dillian Whyte as well.
1. Mike Tyson
2. Bradley
3. Pacquiao
4. Mayweather
5. AJ
List is too long
Mayweather? Pacquiao? You've gotta be kidding me. Replace them with Eubank Jr and Steve USS Cunningham
