Let's see how Stevenson looks in his next fight... I have a funny feeling that Badou Jack might derail all of these plans.
Bellew's confidence is quite high at he moment. He's had a good couple of victories and the two Haye KOs.. he will not be scared of Stevenson's power as he handled Haye's power quite well (albeit Haye was not the same fighter but arguably still had his power and definately hits harder than Stevenson). At Cruiserweight, Bellew will not be an easy fight for Stevenson, I actually think he wins that one.
Bellew is very fat. He is an overweight light heavyweight. I think Stevenson can beat him at any weight but why would he put himself at a disadvantage by fighting him in the UK? He has the KO win so let Bellew go to Canada to try to avenge it.
Of all those fights being mentioned, I'd say Stevenson at a weight he's never fought, is probably the most winnable. Usyk and Fury easily handle Bellew. Ward ain't coming back, and Wilder annihilates Tony as soon as he lands.
Yea I heard this on Sky Sports. I didn't realise this is the only blemish on Bellew's record that he hasn't avenged. 200 lb = Cruiserweight. I doubt Bellew could get any lower than 14 stone/196lb and he'd be badly drained.
That would be a good fight. I'd favour Tony Bellew at Heavyweight. I doubt he'd be willing to drop too much weight, why not at Cruiserweight?
I think Adonis smokes Bellew at any weight. That bush style is all wrong for Bellew, unless Stevenson is past it.
