Opetai vs Nyika

Nyika was tough as nails until he wasn't. Can't get hit flush that many times by a puncher of Opetaia's caliber and last 12. If he can learn some defense though, he'll be a force to be reckoned with. Opetaia had better feet too.

Thank God he is awake. Great fight and great for Australian boxing, proper shootout that. He didn't go down without a fight :boxing: Opetaia was too much of a step up, but in the 3R he was there Nyika gave a great fight and entertaining until it ended. He should rest and heal for a while and hopefully get an opportunity for a good ranked contender on a good card when he returns this winter or so.

Zurdo being a southpaw makes it interesting and gives me some doubt? but a huge part of me thinks Jai absolutely blasts Zurdo into orbit.

30-27 Jai he got stung at the end of that round also. He is way too eager for the knockout. If Nyika had experience and this wasn't on short notice this could get super interesting in a round or 2 as Jai is putting everything into every shot.

Don’t wanna sit on the ropes against Nyika. He’s got power.
