This is bearing in mind the new & improved version of Algieri we saw against Khan against the EXACT VERSION of the opponents that Floyd fought, as if the fights had happened around the same time.

Guerrero - Algieri wins fairly easy
Victor Ortiz - Algieri Wins easy
Shane Mosley (after 1.5 year inactivity/layoff) - 50/50 fight
Juan Manuel Marquez - (first fight at 147 , jumped up 2 weight division from 135) - Algieri Wins against THAT VERSION of Marquez.
So there we have it, the man who Khan recently beat, and who a few naysayers/trolls are slating at the moment, in reality would beat most of Floyd's recent opponents at 147 in my opinion.
I'd even give Algieri a better shot against Pacquiao because at 147 he wasn't weight-drained like he was against Pacquiao (144) and Prov (140). I think Pac still wins but it would be a much closer fight.

As far as Canelo, him taking this fight and talking chit afterwards is a complete joke. Khan was KO'd at 135, 140 and dropped several times at 147. Canelo says he wants to fight GGG but we all know he wants him to come down in weight which will be another chic move.
He should've retired after winning the HW title. At that point there was nothing to prove. IDK where to rank him all-time but athletically and handspeed, I've never seen anyone more gifted.
Going to look bad for Canelo when he gets destroyed by that old man who hasn't beaten anybody.
He won't lose to GGG....cuz he probably won't fight him.

The problem in the first place is most of the "dudes" on this site care way too much about athlete's personal life and business. Boxers are notorious for being a$$holes to women. Ali, SRL, DLH Floyd, Tyson, Manny, and the list goes on and on.

Danny likes to catch and shoot which is countering your opponents attack. He returns an attack just about every time his opponent does before they reset....that is counterpunching right? And he throws with his opponent, which can be labeled trading punches which I thought people liked to see. Why does everyone on this site ONLY concentrate on discrediting everyone?
