There should be no reason to be a little tired because as an amateur you should be running about 2-5 miles at least 3 times a week. Ring generalship is the key. cutting the ring looks good in front of the judges. I dont think your coaches are training you well. When i was a pee-wee, my coach reviewed my looses and we improved, not complain. Also when you spar, it should be live. None of that pitty pat stuff. Remember start your combos with a jab and throw 3 or more punches in a combo. Youll get tired, but its only 3 or 4 rounds. believe me I kick a lot of pros asses with this and I am no where near the shape theyre in. Dont box for the money, do it because you love the game.
