How did it? He got caught with a right counter coming in, was off balance and it was hard and well placed enough to floor him. It was a flash knockdown and he wasn't hurt be it. If anything it proved he can take a punch just as well at LHW as he can at SMW. It's quite possible his punch resistance is better at the more natural comfortable LHW, than it is starving himself to SMW.

yea it was a sad day... once Jones speed started slowing down he couldnt really land flush on Joe, I noticed in his bout against Hanshaw that his legs had really slowed up, and I noticed in the Trinidad bout that his power was decreasing..
