How would Calzaghe do against 1993 Roy Jones?

Calzaghe in 2001 Prime Jones against Calzaghe would of been one of the greatest fights of all time. Although it's difficult to judge when Calzaghe's 'prime' was as he has improved with age but at the same time is he quicker than when he was like say 23? imo he looked better against roy than he did in that video....

Roy to fast, to powerfull, fight stooped.

In 93 wtf he wasn't even a super middleweight from what i recall. Imo, Calzaghe would always give him a tough fight. If Bernard Hopkins could give Roy problems in his prime then sure as hell Calzaghe can.

I thinks its fairly evident that Joe would of dismanteld Roy Jones at any stage of his career from the pummeling he took a few weeks ago. Roy was a great fighter but Joe was even greater, it would be a hard fight but Joe would definetly pull through The man is undefeated, to compare Roy to Joe would be like comparing your mom's cooking with KFC. KFC would win everytime get off the ****in crack, PRIME Roy was damn near unbeatable, in his prime he hardly lost rounds, what do you think Roy wouldve done with Joe if Joe was trying to pressure him for 12 rounds, Id say 10-2 or a knock out for Roy and dont compare Joes speed with Roys, Roy's is real punches, no pitty pat paddy cake shit mixed with a hard punch or 2.. When its ROY we are supposed to be amazed at his fabulous skills against NOBODIES, but when JOE fights NOBODIES they are not counted. At his peak Roy was still respectful of elite fighters (see Hopkins and Toney fights, where he held back in a way we didnt see until later on at 175) and recognizing Joe as such he would not risk it by pushing his aggression too far. A late stoppage is not out of the question, but I would not put my money on that.

really?, damn, i mean if he can break ribs with one punch without working the body or nothin, that's gotta be pretty impressive right? but yea man, im not saying he'd win by ko, but im sure calzaghe would atleast stumble or fall a couple of times Prime Jones had it all....including a glass jaw.
