I find it a bit odd that the report came out this week.

The only boxer who could beat Floyd Mayweather is a younger version of himself.

Floyd is not exactly a hard hitter, Pacquiao is a superior puncher. Although Mayweather definitely has respectable power otherwise his opponents would walk through his punches.
