He has plenty of skills. You dont win a silver medal in the olympics and go undefeated as a pro without having skills. But let me guess because he doesnt run around the ring, throw 5 punches per round to avoid any type of action, hold and any other type of spoiling he doesnt have skills. If anything GGG is one of the most complete fighter today because he can box if he wants to and he can fight if he needs to. GGG actually has the IQ to determine what style he has to bring to win. It's absolutely do to with the flag he has behind him. Put a union jack behind GGG, and he's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

He has a lot of power, very good chin, and he isn't wild with his punches, he is also good at cutting off the ring. He doesn't really need any more defensive skills, his chin does the work for him, combined with the fact that he hasn't fougt a puncher so he takes punches to prove a point from time to time. But the problem is there is no point proven because he isn't fighting devastating punchers. I think only Jacobs and Eubank Jr can test his chin at 160, not even Canelo, I don't think his power is good enough at 160 but he has skills to outbox

Lol, with a defense as bad as Golovkin's, this would be Froch-vs-Abraham all over again, but with Froch's punches being eaten by Golovkin's head instead of Abraham's arms. Gennady is an offensive wrecking machine who leads with his front foot. The only way to defeat him is by getting your punches off first and overpowering him and not by out boxing him because he cuts the ring off too well. Brook had hardly any room in there to move in that ring. If a fighter can force Golovkin to fight off the back foot, either through punching power or just simply by out mauling and brawling him on the inside, he will then find himself in a vulnerable position because he does not counter punch at all. Once triple G started to jab and went to the body in an organized fashion the fight ended. He did a favor to Brook in trying to KO him right away, this fight would had ended a lot sooner.
