I am talking about US fights which happen at maybe 4 o'clock in the morning european time. How often did you set the alarm at fight start and then decide to sleep instead?
I remember it happened to me quite a few times, even when it came to big fights involving Pacquiao or Klitschko (when he fought in america).
I hear you bro, but the issue I have with downloading the fights is that you can tell how the fight did go by looking at the size of the file you've downloaded or by fights duration. It kills the surprise factor.
yeah thats the stuff that messes it up for me, the file size and even worse the length of the video usually gives away how the fight went (distance vs quick KO). either option suck. the great thing watching fights live obviously is that you dont know whats gonna happen at any given second. somebody might actually die lmao or whatever. at least thats in my head, anything might happen. if you get up in the morning to DL the fight and you turn on the tv or you browse some websites first and you dont see anything boxing related odds are it was kind of a boring fight that probably went the distance. so that kills it for me a little
but pac/may is definitely one of those fights where you definitely want to stay up. cant miss this one
Considering staying up all night for this one.
It was awesome living in Japan before because I could just watch the big U.S. fights in the late morning Sunday. Watched pac-Marquez 3 in a bar over some lunch

This.
It is surprising sometimes, though. When I downloaded Kovalev Hopkins I saw the duration : around hour and a half, I thought to myself "12 rounds, that motherfvcker (bhop) has done it again"...
Boy was i surprised after the final bell :lol1:
happened to me couple of times too, i missed kovalev - bhop because i overslept
on the other hand, when floyd was fighting canelo i stayed up all night, drinking. i managed to watch matthysse - garcia but unfortunately i passed out right before the main event
i downloaded and watched the fight first thing the next morning but felt asleep again, sober this time. the fight was just so ****in boring.
I've always gone with staying up, but a few times I've fallen asleep during shitty undercards :lol1:
I remember staying up for Matthyse - Garcia, I had to go to my friends house to use her internet (I'd just moved into a flat and hadn't sorted internet). It was while we were having a short fling though so I ended up missing the fight :nonono:
too big of a hassle, getting up at 4 am with all this endless prefight/commercial bull****..fights dont start until like 6 am or something, its ridiculous. i just get up like normal on a sunday morning and then i DL the fights. i dont care for watching them live if i have to stay up all morning or get up in the middle of the night/morning again. ****s up my entire day. afterwards i cant even go back to sleep because im too pumped/excited
Know that feeling man. I generally download fights these days for the same reason. Endless pre-fight crap and terrible undercards just isn't what you need at 4am :lol1: I only stay up for big fights/fights I'm pumped for these days.

I thought I was the only person that hated that :lol1:
