Idk Kev. #48 has a heavyweights calves. His style of fighting is shit without that advantage. No coach would ever advise to throw punches like youre riding a bike with your hands. He may be short, there's lots of short fighters, but He is the one with the natural advantage. Ugas has chicken legs, he may be taller but the muscle is distributed more even.

IIRC, #48 wasn't doing PED testing for a large part of his career and all the opponents you listed above were coming off KOs or just generally on the downside of their careers. Not really impressive when it's put into correct context.
Inoue is a better talent and doesn't need to rely on tricky matchmaking, name fighters coming off losses or heavy catch weight penalties. So in this case, I think they should promote him even more than they did #48.

A street has concrete on the ground, you realise this you genius? What happens when your head gets slammed on the concrete instead of a softened canvas? You die like your brain cells did. It's not even just the fatal head injuries, you will break a load of bones from any takedown where the MMA fighter lifts you and slams you to the ground with ease. So a street fight, in other words a real fight not a silly agreement to only use punches, would make things 10x worse for a limited boxer.
