I love that GGG only gets matched in fantasy fights against ATGs or prime top 3 fighters above his division, its really more of a compliment than anything else.
Hes Olympic, stays in shape all the time, so the short fight period isnt as big an issue, not like he got beat up that bad in his last fight either
Its a good competitive fight, hope to see it
I legitimately think I could put Ali Raymi's lights out. Give me a few months I can fight at the lightweight limit i cant go any lower however. im technically undefeated. (0-0) where's the contract.
this will be the fight of the millennium.
I have never seen such wanton disregard for ones own safety
Think about your family man
Larry Holmes..
Larry Holmes cant go three sentences without saying hes the greatest boxer of all time
"brickcityboxing then moved to Newark, and I am the greatest boxer of all time"
I'm not talking about his footwork in the style he operates, I'm saying he can't stick and move the way Hopkins and Mayweather could. In close he's actually better than the two, the way he's able to turn his opponents in close is exceptional but against Hopkins, he'll be forced to chase Hopkins which Toney never liked to do and he'll have to be active for every minute of every round because Hopkins in his prime never stopped moving his hands. It'll be Hopkins sticking the jab in Toney's face whilst holding his own on the inside.
I'm pretty much repeating what I just said in post 6 :lol1:
I've got Toney, think you're underrating Toney on the outside, the jab was quick and stiff and he had amazing extension on the right
TS. I really appreciate the work. Grueling as that must be to sit through more then once to count the clinches.
Someone should do Maidana-Alexander.

Is he going to kill himself again out of guilt?
In fittingly Socratic fashion, I dont think they serve hemlock at trashy strip clubs though so I dont know where AB is going to get it
Wish they'd start covering the champs from Japan as well. Guys like Yamanaka and Uchiyama are a must-watch. They're both defending their respective title before 2013 ends. But unfortunately, no American network will be televising their fights.
Uchiyama is all action, really want to see more of him stateside
The only chance Chavez has is to land one flush shot, if he does, he could seriously hurt BHop enough to take him out. In fact, the more I think about it, I think Chavez stops Bhop. But he has to go pack to the pressuring Chavez Jr, not the one who pretended to "box" against Vera.
Does it really take just one flush shot? Hopkins has never been knocked out, testament to his chin which still looks strong after 45
Too much risk, Molina is a dangerous and unknown b-side so I don't see how 5 mil is coming Cotto's way. Trout vs Lara is a gamble of a fight, dont think people are really interested in watching Trout v Canelo 2 and I really dont think Canelo wins vs Lara
I think Toney beats him, would bet all of my meager points on it.
But it isn't that bad of an idea from Wilder's camp. Wilder needs rounds, and Toney has an ATG chin and as this thread shows many don't think he poses a threat. Wilder gets rounds under his belt against a slick defensive fighter who isn't going to get blasted inside of 3 rounds.
I dont think I agree that people take it all that seriously, its something to argue about. Some people are quick to talk about whether or not Wvlad is better than Pacquiao because they know that fight can never actually happen, so they can never be proven wrong really.
pfft floyd doesnt have his pick, he fights who showtime tells him to fight.
Doesn't matter whos making the decision, there are still other good options out there
