Difference is Pacquiao avoided testing while working with Ariza, Mayweather is doing testing. Mayweather isn't working with Heredia, a picture with Heredia and Ariza isn't proof of anything. There's pictures of Rigondeaux and Bradley with Heredia and nobody is accusing them.
