Stop trying to call out small guys in Mayweather and Cotto.
I'm willing to bet my house that not only does he not drop Ward but he will lose a unanimous decision.
Ward would good boy him but all Sanchez and him want is to fight blown-up welterweights.
I love GGG but if you are going to call out Mayweather, Cotto and Alvarez then you need to call out Ward.
Fighting Ward or Kovalev would mean moving up 2 weight classes. I dont condemn any man for not wanting to move up 2 weight classes; however, he should move up to 168.
Brook moved up 2 weight classes to fight Golovkin.
Broner moved up 2 weight classes to fight Maidana.
Hopkins moved up 2 weight classes to fight Tarver.
Jones fr moved up to 2 weight classes to fight Ruiz
Sometime in order to be great, you have to dare.
The following boxers are asking Golovkin to move up and dare to be great instead of trying to take candy from babies:
Floyd Mayweather
Andre Ward
Amir Khan
Anthony Joshua
Shawn Porter
Adrien Broner
Errol Spence
Bernard Hopkins
Willie Monroe
These are his peers, let alone the boxing public.
Fight WARD, you are not risking any belts and you can always move back down when you lose...DARE TO BE GREAT!!!

I think this one never happens. The time has expired. I dont see Gennady moving all the way to 175, and Ward would never make the compromise and come down to 168..
Your seriously slow. Ward is at 175lbs now and will not be moving back down. Brook is a huge welterweight who would be a beast at 154 and probably beat most at 160 as well. Ward needs to worry about Kovalev and GGG is trying to unify 160.
Hopkins stayed at 160 for 20 title defenses, why can't GGG wait to move up after he becomes Undisputed? That's literally all he wants. It's not his fought everybody wants to wait for him to get old.
Seriously slow?? STFU....GGG can move up and dare to be great. Or are you telling me no fighter in history has ever moved up in weight class.

You're trying to reason with ppl, who are obviously trolling. They are not interested in any rational discussions. It is like talking to radio. It seems from the first glance that you're in the conversation. But nobody listens and nobody reacts to what you say. It just delivers pre-programmed message.
A 147 almost outboxed you but your weight and size protected you.....move up and FIGHT WARD!!!!

I wasn't on the forums back then but this thread was fun to read compare to the crap threads that pops out every minute here. Wish it was this nice again but now we get like 4 or 5 people spamming the same **** everyday.
Well now Gennedy team is targeting a 38 year old man who has a retirement mindset instead of a 31 year old in his prime.
He also want to fight Floyd ( a 147 lber)...I guess fighting someone who has a chance to beat him is not on K2 ledger.
Golovkin has been getting his face rocked in 4 of his last 5 fights. A lot of you consider that to be his warrior machismo. Ward gets tagged a little, and I mean a LITTLE (LOOK AT THE STATS),and you guys act like Smith was connecting hay makers or something.
Ward would punish Golovkin for as long as his chin could take it. K2 knows that Gennady is a limited fighter and really don't want him to be exposed for the fraud that they built him up to be without cashing in on their investment. Ward would just make him another notch on the belt of Europeans he's destroyed.
So for this reason, Golovkin will duck Ward and feast on 147-154 pounders.
@ Natas - Oh and about the money and Geale... Cotto's always taken tune ups. He turned down Manny over 4 pounds after the Floyd fight to fight Trout... Geale is not a tune-up it's a tough fight, but one that he should win as he's the better fighter though he's undersized.
There are actually facts though about guys not fighting Golovkin, so we can't simply blame Golovkin for a lack of names on his resume.
Sturn - Golovkin was mandatory for two years, Sturm wouldn't have it. His own manager said they paid 750k to the WBA not to fight golovkin lol.
N'dam - was ordered to fight Golovkin TWO seperate times and both times he didn't even bother with the purse bid, losing whatever elimination/mandatory spot he had.
Martinez - obviously chose the money fight in Cotto over Golovkin.
Cotto - obviously chose the money fight in Geale over Golovkin...oh wait!
Chavez jr - pulled out last year.
Dmity Pirog - pulled out due to back injury (sadly career ending it looks like).
And I'm not going to get into the whole Haymon/Quillin/Jacobs stuff, I'm just talking about facts here.
So it's not as if Golovkin hasn't tried here, he has, as shown by the above names. It's been tough to get the big, solid names thus far.
What does that have to do with his fans? For some reason if I mention he should move up to 168 it's to avoid Cotto. Seriously, that's such a stupid way of looking at it. I want to see a guy tested, I acknowledge GGG's bad assness without the resume. People sh*t on all his wins, I think the Geale and Murray win were solid wins.
We can go back and dig up all my Rigo posts and see me saying the SAME exact sh*t about a guy who can't get fights. If you b*tch about not getting fights, you have to deal with it, life is just not fair. I can't make Cotto get into the ring with GGG or any fighter for that matter. But, GGG is more than happy fighting easy fights in the meantime, that's okay with you because you want him to unify. Great, you take higher stock in that than I do.
To me, moving up in weight when you beat the sh*t out of everyone at MW, is simply more impressive than beating up guys who are moving UP to MW. He's doing this AFTER clearing the MW division (or what he can anyway...) If you want to slurp his c*ck for what he's doing that's on you, beating the snot out of Cotto isn't going to impress me like beating Froch would. I know who wins in GGG vs Cotto and how he wins. GGG/Froch is a different matter, that's what I want to see as a boxing fan which is more important to me than being a Cotto fan.
It's pretty obvious man. He said in the interview he would drop the belt if he has to. He showed us by fighting Geale next when GGG was available.
It doesn't matter though, because he won't fight Golovkin, either the WBC will allow the Cotto vs Canelo fight or the WBC won't allow it and Cotto will still fight Canelo next. Regardless, Canelo will most likely beat Cotto and that will be that. Canelo vs GGG will happen in 2016.
Maybe, maybe not. He got a voluntary and he's taking it. He's said GGG is an option, Canelo just got to say it on HBO. Cotto will get his chance in 2 weeks. Until then, I'm just going by his previous actions. Cotto's fought everyone and never ducked anyone, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt as I'm giving it to Canelo as well.
The bet you made for example, of a lifetime bet, is assuming that Cotto beats Geale and that Cotto beats Canelo. One fight hasn't happened and the other hasn't been made, I don't bet like that. Assuming Cotto wins those two fights, we'll revisit and see if something in my opinion of Cotto changes. I wouldn't be surprised if he ducked GGG don't get it twisted, I don't see why he would though. Aside from Floyd (and I don't think he's getting a rematch now) GGG is his next best money fight and Cotto goes where the money takes him.

And yet, you throat GGG on the daily even though GGG is on record saying the $$$ is not there yet for Ward bout, while wondering why the little fighters he is busy calling out, are not jumping on his non money bringin ass just yet..." You simple bastard. :fing26:
I find dudes who bandwagon on boxers who currently APPEAR invincible to be suspect "fans" of boxing. Guys like Natas, who perhaps wrestle with impotence in real life, place their sense of worth, on the backs of seemingly heroic men like GGG.
To chumps like Natas, it seems like a SAFE/ no lose proposition to root for alleged killers like GGG. I wonder though, what becomes of this punk when GGG gets Jeff Lacy'd?
****in poser fans... "War GGG doe" "War Matty" Overnight love stories should never cause you to disrespect fighters who have been in the mix and paid their dues with REAL resumes.
"War Triple G doe!" :boxing:
