If we go by his own words, it was Margarito. He's interviewed here in a local TV and he said that he was really hurt on that fight and was about to quit.

P.M: Not really. I mean, I'm not looking at his future after this fight, I'm only looking at mine. The way I see it, I'd give Ricky a rematch just as soon as I've punished Manny Pacquiao. I am really angry at the complete lack of respect Manny Pacquiao has been giving me. I mean, he's been talking about fighting Hatton next, when Hatton hasn't even got past me yet! I've worked very hard to get where I am in my career, and for Pacquiao to completely take that away from me by disrespecting me - that makes me really want to punish him after I beat Hatton. It's funny because someone like Trump can go on TV and threaten to ban all muslims, insults a whole community (Mexicans) and receives very little backlash. Pacquaio seems to be far more under fire for saying what he said.
And they're not very vocal either on Iran, Yemen, Saudi, etc. where they can't do their **** acts.

It's a little silly for anyone to attempt a 'scientific' approach in favour of atheism as it is already stepping outside the epistemological boundaries of science, as theres no empirical evidence to test or prove. I think you overrated Manny too much. There's no way he's on par with Ward, Bernard or RJJ in terms of skills. I'd put him below DLH.

The old forum was very, very outdated. There are only so many code fixes you can make before it's time upgrade to a newer version.
vBulletin 3.8 or something was the best version of it. VB 4 & 5 sucks, trust me, I've managed VB forums and our solution was to migrate to either of the three I mentioned. It saves you a lot of headache in the long run.
We considered Xenforo. The drawback was the amount of plugins, most that you had to purchase, for the most basic functions for users on here and on the backend, that come standard with VB.
Plugins was also our hurdle for migration before in the young years of XF. But we just hired XF developers to recreate our custom VB plugins.
When the upgrade was announced, I was expecting you will migrate to either XenForo, IPS or WoltLab.
I'm still confused why you still stick with vBulletin. Maybe because of custom third-party plugins?
vBulletin is a dying product in terms of development. It went downhill when Kier and Mike leave them a decade ago. Just take a look at this migrations: https://tools.digitalpoint.com/cookie-search to get what I mean.

My province has:
1) 7 cities
2) 40+ islands
3) 40+ towns
4) each town has 10-40 barangays
5) each barangay has 5+ sitios
Now:
1) most of the sitios has its own small basketball court
2) then the barangays has also its basketball court
3) then the towns have a gym which is literally a basketball court
4) no need to mention anymore the basketball courts in the cities, in schools, in some institutions, etc.
5) billiard tables are now surpassing basketball courts too...
And this province has only 3 known boxing stables. So literally you only have three boxing gyms where boxers trains. There are other boxing gyms of course but it's just for fitness, not for boxers.
To answer the TS, NO, he has no successor. Maybe 50 or 100 or even 200 years from now. Teens & adults here will watch NBA or PBA rather than boxing.
Finding Michael Jordan (lol) or Willie Mosconi or Efren Reyes successor is easier than finding MP successor.
Also, the "Philippines has stop when Manny fights" is exaggerated IMO. NBA or PBA finals here are as popular as Manny fighting. It just happens that Manny fights on Sundays, that's why they said "stop" because it's a rest day.
