Well, we seen what Jose Luis Castillo could do to Mayweather, imagine if that was Chavez? sorry, I see Chavez giving Mayweather a beating. as for Tito, we've seen that he cant handle pure boxers. Ill give him tito, but not Chavez.
What do you guys think of Rooney Jr. Of course ignoring hatin ass Teddy Atlas
He looks so awkward in there. he stands too straight up. kind of looks like a robot, for lack of a better word
I think the problem with them was that they were so offensive minded that they were caught off guard when their opponents threw back. A lot of the times when those two were dropped, they were being caught between punches or while on the attack.
To me, the best example of a chinny guy with big KO power is Tommy Hearns.
Some big punchers with strong chins are Vitali Klitschko, Marvin Hagler, George Foreman and Sugar Ray Robinson.
Very good valid points.
while I hate Dan a lot I will say that watching ringside sometimes is different than watching it on TV there are influences on both sides of the coin like crowd cheers, announcers opinions, and angle (several on TV vs. only one from your media seat)
that being said fukk that fat pile of steaming sh1t
Harold Lederman was also at ringside. he scored it for Ortiz.
I think Ortiz would give him a good solid fight. I don't know how his chin would hold up, but, you never know. Freddie Roach was quoted as saying when Ortiz would spar with Pacman, those where the best sparring sessions that he has ever witnessed. then again, its only sparring with head gear and such.
Plus Douglas did everything short of kill him in order to KO him. I've seen some strong chins, but if you see the uppercut Douglas hit him with in the last combination he threw, no one's going to take that shot and keep going. I mean not only was he battered as hell already, but he leaned into it AND it hit him on the perfect spot.
Yeah, those were some brutal shots.
If that fight ended DQ because of the way Lewis's punch landed on Vitali's face, it would have been the first in championship history. How much of a crybaby can you be?
Vitali sustained 3 more unique cuts aside from that punch. Shouldve of kept his hands up more.

Simply beautiful. Vitali was lucky to receive that cut. Lewis was on his way to destroying him.
I remember a lot of people didn't give Shane a shot when he was about to fight Margs. everybody was saying the same things that there saying now. I know Margs and Pac are two totally different beast, but I wouldn't count Mosley out just yet.
Why didn't Ivan Drago test positive for PED's?
Did he have Victor Conte helping him?
Did he get his drugs from a third world country, where it is easier?
What was it?
OMG! I was thinking the same thing after watching the movie.
Why didn't Ivan Drago test positive for PED's?
Did he have Victor Conte helping him?
Did he get his drugs from a third world country, where it is easier?
What was it?
They should just make it legal for an even playing field. i know it sounds stupid, but, its the truth.
My question to the TS is could you please name which fighters would have been acceptable for pac to have been fighting?
I would of loved to see him fight 03/04 Acelino Freitas, who was doing great at the time, Zahir Raheem,04/05 Jose Luis Castillo, Diego Corrales @ 135 in 04 would have been great. all within his weight range.
the point is Vlad is not even in Manny's league in terms of P4P skills.
Different galaxies.
Vlad relies too much on size.
If Vlad was giving up size to his opponents regularly with his current skill set.... would he be successful?
If Vlad was smaller and shorter than Lamon Brewster. Brewster knocks him out 10/10 times.
Manny is someone that made a career out of fighting people who are much larger than him.
Very well put. green K for you.
