That's just to please the Mexicans fans - who's started to root for Pacquiao after winning so many fights with Mexicans. And Manny probably picked up parts of an Mexican anthem after it was played 8 or 9 times in his previous fights. Gotta give manny his respect.....after all he beat 3great mexican fighters.
