Is Angulo too big for 154? Did he struggle to make weight?

Angulo is Baldimor with power. His footwork may even be worse. Baldomir's foot work is much better then Angulo's, I can say that much. Angulo's feet are too close together, he sucks at cutting off the ring.

I don't think there was a problem making weight. HBO Announcers made it sound like it wasn't traffic that kept Angulo from being at the weigh-in but that he had to lose more weight before the weigh-in.
