WARD Dominated Kovalev. Kovalev has been exposed as a one dimensional fighter, he follows fighters, and as Roy said "does not have a left hook" Now we can add gasses early, and complains after every loss.
Over 85 percent of people watching the first fight thought kovalev clearly won and he was robbed of that victory.
Now over 75 percent of fans watching the rematch think ward intentionally low blowed kovalev twice in a row on the letter B of kovalevs trunks at the cup area, and tony weeks stopped the fight instead of giving kovalev his 5 minutes for the low blows and warn ward for fouling.
Andre ward didnt beat kovalev fair and square
Anf its obvious the NSAC can not be trusted for more reasons than 1.
The NSAC sweeps things under the rug, they sanction fights that have no business being made and they cover up failed drug tests.
Imo ward vs kovalev 3 should be made immediately should be in NY or atlantic city like fight 1 should have been.
A close fight is not called Robbery! A one sided fight is called Robbery. Manny got robbed against Bradley in the first fight. Please that term Robbery is used so damn lose around here
Definition of Robbery:
Lara vs. Williams
Mayweather vs. Castillo 1
Pacquiao vs. Bradley
Felix Trinidad v. Oscar De La Hoya
All I heard was Duva, "WHAAHHAHAAAA, wHAAA WHAAAA, SHUT UP" "WHAAHAAHAHHA, Are you with the media shut up, whaahhahahahaha File a complaint" "wahhhhhaaaaaa shut up"
No. Kovalev faded in the first, and second fight. He is a 4 Round fighter with a guy that can move and out smart him. No thanks. Lets move on. I rather see Kovalev vs Stevenson or Kovalev vs Joe Smith, Ward vs Stenson. Ward already has shown he is a better all around fighter than Kovalev .
Ward's been #1 for quite sometime already...
No he really hasn't his inactivity was his killer. After The tourney he def would have been. But Beating the crap out of Kovalev solidified it.
You guys are so stupid. This will be a massive event. Casinos hold back about half of the tickets for High Rollers and High Membership people. These do not get reported until after the fight. Also the ticket cost for this fight surpasses that of May-Pac. The PPV will destroy that. So many people that don't talk about boxing are talking about boxing, add that to the casual fans that watch these type of events, and Hardcore fans that will bend the pocket book last minute because it at the end of the day is a boxing event and the curiosity of what McGregor is going to do to a 40 yr old Floyd. Only sour ass hard cores will complain.
I give no sympathy to a guy making $10 million in 48 minutes, trust me.
Okay lets not over exaggerate. It not just 48 minutes guys do train promote and have to pay their people as well. But I have no sympathy either, 10 mil over the course of 3 months is a good payday.

Manny Avged 6 Punches per Round on Floyd, I see Conner doing 1/4 of that and landing maybe 2 per Round.
The only way Conner gets that output up is if he use MMA tactics and fight on the inside using Judo moves and holding well, and hitting off the hold.
Man o Man. Its just crazy the amount of attention ESPN gave this fight yesterday. I was 100% wrong in saying no way the fight happened on the 26th of August. Golden Boy and Roc Nation are the biggest losers of this. Dana White + Conner + Mayweather= 1 hell of a damn promotion.ESPN gave them 1 whole hour of promotion yesterday, I can't remember the last time boxing was covered for 1 hour on ESPN if it ever was. Even when PAC vs Mayweather was announced they gave them like 15mins on the breaking news segment.
Roc Nation may have lost steam with the casuals this weekend because of this announcement, and Golden Boy loses that night because like others have commented the Cotto fight was gonna lay the ground work for GGG vs Canelo for casuals . If GB is smart they try to get the main event for the Cotto fight at least 1 fights before the Mayweather Fight is suppose to happen.
Casuals don't know the difference though between GBP, TMT, TR, PBC, blah blah blah. To them it's all "boxing". If MayMac delivers at all it could actually BOOST CaneloGGG as it give boxing in general more momentum heading into the fall schedule.
Did UFC 200 take away PPV buys from UFC 202? No, because UFC was building huge momentum..
UFC has the fight pass which is a little different in the sense the revenue is not based on one night. Paying 7.99 every month for 6 months. is not the same as paying 100 one month and then paying 75 the next month. The justification is off.
It doesn't matter that casuals dont know promotion companies, but promotion companies try to appeal to them, via free events and other fights. The Cotto fight was a perfect avenue to appeal to those that have HBO on a Saturday night stuck doing nothing and watchin boxing, to click in there head damn GGG vs Canelo actually looks good. But now that has shifted to Mayweather vs Conner, so it may or may not have an effect as you do not get the Casuals watching the Cotto fight only the hard core.
lol triggered much? An MMA fighter that according to ignorant know-nothings like you, just went 12 rounds with a former world champion, finishing the stronger I might add, "putting it on" him, "totally gassing" him.
You no doubt, were one of the hordes that said McGregor wouldn't last 3 rds with a 16 yr old novice. You now look utterly ridiculous and it is deeply satisfying.
No surprise to see Floyd's odds drift for the first time in 2 months on the back of the stunning revelation that McGregor can go 12 rounds against a champion boxer who "was out to prove a point" and "had a chip on his shoulder"
Paulie was giving it all he could and drowned in the last 2 rounds. The MMA guy prevailed. Incredible.
Paulie has not trained for a fight since April. He got KOed in that fight. Paulie has looked a shell of his self in his last 6 fights. To get off a plane and go 12 rounds with a guy that has been training pretty much all year and for Conner to get gassed before he did is a lil ridiculous. Also Paulie wouldn't boast if he didn't give Conner the business.
Conner faded and was gassed in the first Nate Diaz fight by the 3rd round in boxing that's like the 4th to 5th round. And Nate gave him 0 movement Nate stood in front and boxed him. The amount of movement Floyd is going to do alone will have Conner faded by the 3rd not to mention the pot shot jabs to the body.

Body Language
1. PAC know he loss
2. Horn knows he won
3. Atlas angry cause he loss his bet and works for ESPN
4. Bradley conflicted cause he has been silenced by Atlas for recognizing it was a close fight.
5. BRADLEY starring at PAC like you know you got your ass whooped
:smileysex:smileysex
Floyd has never watched tape of fighters, that is well documented. The thing that has made Floyd so special is his ability to figure out what a guy is doing while the fight is going on and adjust. He is Floyd I think the first 3 rounds of this fight maybe a lil weird and unorthodox but after the 3rd Floyd will start walking him down and peppering him with pot shots. Until he makes him quit in the 7th when Conner is gasping for oxygen.
Conditioning is going to be Conners biggest problem.
Boxing is the truth.
Boxing reveals all the weaknesses a fighter has eventually. You've got a weak chin? You probably aren't going to get to a champion level boxer, actually you probably won't get to be a champion without a tremendous chin. Can't stop the jab, you're going to get jabbed to death some fight. Kovalev is soft to the body and has stamina issues, it took an all time great fighter to expose that.
Some of the weaknesses might not be glaring until you fight the best of the best. That's why fighting top tier competition early and often is the best measure. If you fight 20+ champions, someone is bound to solve your puzzle and find your weakness and exploit it.
Makes you wonder about GGG vs Canelo. Has GGG been in the ring with enough master class boxers to have his weaknesses exposed? Not sure, but Canelo for sure has.
I just think no one who ever fought Kovalev had the wits and ability to get inside.
Skip to 1:00 to start watching all the deliberate lowblows Ward landed on Kovalev.
And not even a single penalty was given.
I have to wait a whole minute to start seeing low blows something is wrong here.
What exactly is Roc nation's role when it comes to Rigondeux?
With all it's prestige, power and money howcome they're not sending out offers for Rigo?
Why does he have to beg for fights?
He obviously wants Magdaleno.
So? Why is Roc not sending out any offers to Magdaleno?
What are they waiting for? Christmas?
Why are they not sending out offers to Loma?
Why does it have to come from Arum?
Any input is appreciated.
And you know this is not happening how?
More like how did he not see any of this:

Didn't you read the post you quoted?
I was asking questions and you respond with a question?
He's dying to get his hands on Magdaleno.
What has Roc done so far to make the fight happen?
Maybe because it takes 2 to tango in negotiates. If the other side doesn't want to sit down then it doesn't happen. Your assumption that Roc Nation is not doing anything is ridiculous.
