I just watched the video. All manipulated freeze frames. As long as Ward's glove hovers over any part of Kova's short they freeze frame it as if there's final contact. Even funnier, the editor blurs the final belt line so that we can't see Ward's glove hit the top of the belt line. Clever editor But I can easily debunk it.
You already did.....

My bad.
It was Motor City Cobra that did the thread.
It breaks it all down to any reasonable person's satisfaction...

Oh I also saw that thread right after the fight. Cobra did a great job breaking it down.
Wait...did he already upload the video? He told me he was still working on it. I'm really eager to see this.
Are you talking about this thread:

I don't see a video in the OP only gif. :dunno:

Don't bother, man.
Your post with the videos right after the fight is definitely Post of the Year material.
If folks were not convinced by that definitive a thread, you are NEVER going to convince them.
Definitely agree there!

looks like I need to make a more concise video of people freeze framing Ward's glove at retärded vantage points.
I shall also do a badass Golota comparison and other bouts of completely below the belt and how a boxer positions himself for intentional low blows. These are those Artorias Boxing dorks that saw Spain's opinion for PAC beating Floyd also in slow motion...

Half of them?
Except for the very last, they have most or all of the glove touching the beltline, that section the width of the K in front of Kovalev's trunks.
By definition, that can't be low.
Technically, If any part of the glove touches the belt line it's legal. Joe Cortez was on Golpe a Golpe last Saturday to explain this.

kov admitted defeat, he lost, tired, faded, faking, turning his back, FINISHED u all should move on

LOL.........Obviously we see what these dudes were doing right there.
I'd say Andre Ward's lowblow count in that fight has been exaggerated by some, but can't deny that at least half of the ones in the OP are low. They largely didn't seem too problematic until the very last shot, which is unfortunate.

i dont consider a guy low blowing a guy to a tko win an azz kicking so maybe thats why there is a disconnect here. im more concerned with boxing corruption/favoritism so that we get a fair sport that doesnt bend over backwards to make sure certain guys win. yes that makes betting on boixng much easier but it damages the integrity(if it has any) of the actual sport. i dont want to see robberies and fouls ignored so certain guys can continue winning. mistakes will happen but some "mistakes" happen on purpose and should be addressed and changed. yes this will hurt some of the guys you like but it will be better off for everyone
You're a liar....you pretend to care about the integrity of this sport, but had the fight gone the exact same way, but with kovalev winning, you'd be defending him in EVERY thread. Idk what your issue is with Ward. Maybe because his style, because he doesn't talk sh1t, maybe because he's beaten the odds a few times, maybe because hes not an overhyped fighter like golovkin, maybe just because hes half black, but one thing stays the same....you're like a bitter old woman with cobwebs in your snatch.
weeks himself said they were illegalb. just look at him warning ward in roudn 2 for going low. he then suddenly changed his mind when ward was in a tough fight and ignored all the low blows. boxing corruption but fans will pretend like always. he just "missed the calls" yep he missed all the calls that helped ward. what a coincindence. just like the judges missed round 10 in fight 1
You are blatantly lying about round 2.
The shot in round two was a little under the beltline so Weeks called it low. Totally not the case with the legal beltline shots later on which Weeks was correct to call on the beltline.
It's also hilarious to see Kovalev adjusting his trunks to where they should be after those failed attempts to get a point deducted. His plan was to emphasise on "dirty" tactics and it failed when he got smacked with legit body shots.
It was Kovalev who was breaking down as the fight progressed not Ward, so maybe adjust your tinfoil hat a little?
