The highest face value ticket for Mayweather-Pacquiao was $7,500
The highest face value ticket for Mayweather-McGregor is $10,000

As of Monday afternoon, Mayweather vs. McGregor ranked second among StubHub’s top fights of all time in terms of overall ticket sales, with an average ticket price of $3,574. The fight has yet to surpass the sales total from Mayweather’s 2015 match with rival boxer Manny Pacquiao, which carried a much-higher average ticket price of $4,456 and also brought in the richest live gate in boxing history.
“Floyd Mayweather is the most popular fighter today based on overall ticket sales on StubHub, so we expect strong demand whenever he steps into the ring,” StubHub spokesperson Cameron Papp told FOX Business. “Due to various reasons – venue size, timing of other high profile fights, etc. – average ticket prices are lower than Mayweather’s last fight in 2015 so this is a great opportunity to catch the legendary fighter in action at a unique event that likely won’t be replicated anytime soon.”
Anyone with brain cells should've already known it's not gonna do close to Pac/May P)V buys. Pac/May transcended sports, and was a meme into itself. It was already burned in the minds of our collective consciousness.
This fight was never really hyped up, and only recently talked about, because Conor was talking about it. It's gonna do monster numbers, of course, but Pac/May numbers were historic and monumental.
I put lots of people on ignore that try to derail threads or have me on ignore. I always clear the list every couple of weeks or so though. I don't remember every poster that's retarded or cries there's too many. You aren't retarded enough for me to remember, that's a good thing.
It's not hard for me to remember...you're the only person that i know of who's ever put me on ignore. Don't act like your on here laying waste to people when you put them on ignore to avoid the argument.:lol1:
I don't have to claim. You come in a thread and start attacking me with no discussion on the thread topic or anything. OBVIOUSLY A BUTTHURT CRYBABY. :bottle::bottle:

You're simply a vagina that puts people on ignore...that's about the extent of it. Keep claiming everyone else is "butthurt" tho. :bottle:
I do remember we were arguing about something and you felt the need to make a new thread about it and put me on ignore so i couldn't respond.:lol1:

The highest price on public sale was $7500. You want to discuss tickets sales of tickets that didn't go on sale?
The only one lying is you. No 10k ticket ever went on sale to the public.
So, according to you none of those $10,000 seats were made available to the public In any way, right?
That article of Arum was before tickets went on sale. When they did $7500 was the highest price.
"Face value of the tickets for the May 2 bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas are priced at $7,500, $5,000, $3,500, $2,500 and $1,500."
http://money.cnn.com/2015/04/22/news/companies/mayweather-pacquiao-tickets/index.html
BTW only 500-1000 tickets went on public sale for the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight.
"The MGM Grand in Las Vegas is expected to pack in close to 16,500 for the fight but estimates had only 500 to 1,000 tickets going on sale to the public with the rest earmarked for the two fighters, the casino, sponsors and promoters."

I think it's you that should STFU.
Can't you read moron? You claimed that the highest priced ticket at face value was $7,500. You clearly lied.
Here's the ticket breakdown, according to ESPN:
Price .......... Tickets
$10,000 ..... 1,100
$7,500 ..... 2,500
$5,000 ..... 2,500
$3,500 ..... 4,000
$2,500 ..... 2,500
$1,500 ..... 2,500
http://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/12872711/floyd-mayweather-manny-pacquiao-fight-shatters-all-live-gate-record
As for the breakdown, $12.26 million came from the sale of 1,226 tickets with a face value of $10,000. Another $11.955 million came from the sale of 1,594 tickets in the $7,500 range.
The most money -- $24.67 million -- came from the sale of 4,934 tickets in the $5,000 range. Another $14,143,500 came from the sale of 4,041 tickets at $3,500 apiece.

The distribution/total sum is what matters. Not the price of the most expensive ticket.
Secondary market are tickets already sold.
20k arena, 3k tickets left = 17k tickets sold at prices higher than Mayweather-Pacquiao. Which will make it the biggest gate ever.
Yep total failure. :pat:
This Is an absolute lie. The tickets for Mayweather-Pacquiao were priced higher.
Unbelievable, Robbie Barrett, defending the honor and valor of mayweather to the extreme, a man whom he doesn't even know, socialize with, nothing, yet seems like he'd die for him, can't you see that there is something very, very wrong with how you act Barrett, your not well
technology moves so fast even from the time of the may/pac to now many more people know about streaming and Kodi so i wont be surprised if this doesnt break any ppv records
