Mikey is not winning this fight. If this was Broner from a few years ago I would agree. This Broner is regressing as a boxer and even less disciplined. That's a recipe for disaster.

Don't know why they keep saying Garcia is smaller. They have exactly the same height and build with weight problems.

Broner is gonna KO Garcia! He does well against guys who fights a patient pace and Mikey is very patient but I heard he's gonna come forward and bring it so it'll be interesting! I'll give Mikey his due, the guy is a 135 fighter with 140 power so he could hurt Broner but not sure he'll finish him! I think Broner catches Garcia with something nasty and puts him away, he'll be the bigger, stronger and faster fighter with a better chin! Garcia has the better discipline, technique, skills, jab, power?, work ethic, and ring IQ! I might change my pick as the fight gets near!

I feel bad for whoever puts money on Broner.

At first I predicted a not so tougher fight for Garcia. But then who did Garcia beat that someone hasn't already beaten, except a small, mediocre Zlaticanin? Could he drop Broner and never get up? No one hasn't. Point is this fight should either last the distance with Garcia winning in the scorecards or Mikey getting KO'd.

Yeah it seems too wide but then again, this is Broner. AB fas flat out lost to Maidana and Porter and fought to the brink against the likes of De Leon, old Paulie, Taylor, and now recently Granados. Any real elite guy would have stormed through those guys. Broner has not shown anything that would lead me to believe he can beat a boxer like Garcia.

Vegas is usually right ya know. People were shocked at how wide the odds were for Stevenson-Fonfara II and then Stevenson fed him punch after punch w/o trouble Also I think in general it seems that the oddsmakers don't like picking a fighter with multiple losses over an undefeated fighter. Yup, Vegas is about taking $ not giving it out. These vegas oddsmakers have insiders everywhere. But my guess is a lot is banking on Broner being in camp to cut weight moreso than train for Mikey. The odds will probably go lower like 3-1 as the fight nears and Broners weight comes off. If the odds increase more than 6-1 than thatll say a lot about Broners weight cut. Either way 6-1 is a good grab, I think Broner has a better chance than what is being assumed.

I'm trying to figure out if this has more to do with how highly they think of Garcia or how little they think of Broner. I think it's probably the latter considering they have odds for Linares vs. Garcia as well and Linares is only a 3-1 underdog. Its neither. Obviously they are not getting enough bets in on Broner to balance their risk, so they put out attractive odds to entice bettors to lay money on Broner. If they start getting in decent money on Broner then the odds will drop to 5-1, 4-1, or whatever slows it down. Vegas' only goal is to have the same level of risk on both sides of the fight.....

Yeah if you gonna bet on Broner, now is the time. The closer the fight gets the lower those are going. 2 to1 I expect by fight time.

Broner has been regressing for years and has gotten beat by every good fighter he's faced at 140 or higher. Has terrible work ethic, weight issues and Mikey is just flat out a better fighter. People keep waiting and praying for broner to get his shyt together. Sorry but it's never going to happen. This man struggled with Emmanuel Taylor that fight was dead even heading into the 12th. The same Taylor that lucas matthyssee rolled out of bed after 2 years off and destroyed easily. Mikey is going to dominate him the only question is because of the weight will he have enough power to knock broner out. I doubt it one thing you can say about broner is he has a strong chin.
