I wouldn't put him on either Canelo's ATG snake level or Cotto's ATG beanbag level, but that's not a bad looking bulge.
Where would you rank him on your top 100 bulges?
Weird looking face. Mind you, you wouldn't really be looking at his face.
:wank:
He's right, black athletes are severely under-represented in the media which is why nobody has ever heard of Michael Jordan, Mike Tyson, Tiger Woods, Kobe Bryant, Venus and Serena Williams, Floyd Mayweather, Lewis Hamilton or Usain Bolt.
Haye better retire after Wlad win or lose cause Vitali is a mad man!!!!
And an all time great with some excellent wins on his resume like when he won against the journeymen that knocked his brother out, when he won against geriatric asthmatic Shannon Briggs and his stunning victory in rounds one, two and three against Lennox...
I want boring boring Klitschko to get sparked and the Klit hegemony to end. That pair of bland jokers have basically tied up the division making it utterly irrelevant. A Haye win would break their hold on the division and open it up.
Wlad is a REAL HW dude, all those dudes your mentioned were never real HW's.
Dont compare old generation of Boxing where you had mafia controlled fights and bums Marciano was fighting, they werent true HEAVY WEIGHTS.
Wlad has the most true HW fights and rounds.
all those guys would be CW or Light Heavy if they fought today.
Lol at you mentioning CW's.
Marciano was fighting DRUNK BUMS WHO WERE PAID OFF.
There is only a few real HW's.
Ali,Luis,Marciano,Holmes,Liston werent real HW's.
It shows you how big a joke Boxing was and the level of competition when you had 180lb people winning against 250lb scrubs.
Stop clinging on to the past, they werent that amazing. Most of Ali's fights were SNOOZEFESTS.
How many Liston and Marciano fights have you seen? or have you just heard how amazing they were from their kids?
Just because you're a fan of the Klitschko princesses doesn't mean you have to say stupid things in defense of them. A sensible answer would have been "That was a different era where the truly big men were usually slow and fat - nowadays the size of the heavies has increased and athletic big heavyweight boxers are a reality - Wlad and Vitali may have been dominant in days gone by through the virtue of their size if nothing else". Instead you say "ALL HEAVYWEIGHTS IN THE PAST ARE RUBBISH! I PLAY A GAME WITH MY BOYFRIEND WHERE WE BOTH PUT ON BLINDFOLDS AND PRETEND WE ARE THE KLITSCHKO BROTHERS WHILE WE TOUCH EACH OTHER!!!!!!!!"
Wow. You have just taken a dump on the entire history of the heavyweight division. The real difference between the old school heavies you mention and David Haye obviously isn't size. It's the fact that the stated old-timers are all ATGs. Would any of them have a good chance at beating Wlad? There would be dozens of knowledgeable posters on this forum that would say yes. Ali, Liston and Holmes are three. Tyson, whom you didn't mention, might also beat either Klitschko. Size is one advantage out of many; it's far from decisive. Otherwise, guys like Willard and Carnera would've been dominant.
Is the new better than the old? Sometimes. But, in order to understand the present, you must appreciate the past.
Prime Tyson would smash Wlad to bits. I think he'd have a tough time against prime Vitali before he retired four times to avoid fighting Hassim Rahman, as Vitali isn't as likely to collapse under pressure. But Tyson would scare the shit out of Wlad.
Incorrect, the ring magazine belt is only up for grabs when the top 2 fighters in each division square off, sometimes there's an exception if no.1 and no.3 fight. That's why the term "Lineal" is always associated with the ring belt
Wrong. The Ring is on the line every time the holder of the belt fights. Wladimir Klitschko is the Ring champ, therefore when he fights that belt is on the table.
You're getting confused with when there is no Ring champ because someone moved in weight or retired. In that case the Ring belt is awarded to a new champion when the top rated and second rated in the division fight. Sometimes it is awarded when the number one and number three fight if circumstances seem to preclude a fight between the top two. In this case even if Wlad was not the Ring champ it would probably still be on the line as the Ring rates Haye third, and second would be held by Vitali whom Wlad is never going to fight.
depends on what you mean, i do like wlads personality and i think he makes a great idol for kids, polite, nice, doesnt drink, heighly educated, gives money to charity etc.
but by all means it wouldnt hurt him to get more aggresive and entertaining in the ring
That's the problem: It would hurt him! That's why he's so boring. He's the Catenaccio of boxing.
it would be a sensational fight, however it would send the hw division right back to the chaotic soup it was just a couple of years ago.
it think the division would be best of with a dominant unified champ fighting the upp and coming contenders who themself will have to fight each other to get a shot at the title, in short its should be as it used to be in the old days
But with a champion who isn't as earth-shatteringly boring as Wlad.
Two aged ten is better than one aged twenty.
:banana::banana::banana:
What's the best thing about making love to twenty-five year olds?
There's twenty of them...
Dirrell's reaction was not consistent with a punch that knocks someone unconscious like that. He didn't immediately slump over which is what you'd expect. Instead he looks up and then stretches out on the mat flat...
The point of the thread was not to say the Wladimir Klitschko is a better fighter than Lennox Lewis, or that his resume is superior to Lewis'.
But what you did was to line up their title defenses and then start to diminish Lewis'. Which you then proceed to do in the rest of the above post.
Lewis was a better champion than either Klitschko and has the beating of Wlad any day of the week prime for prime. I don't want to diminish Wlad particularly but it's hard to deny that there isn't one name on his resume that Lewis couldn't handle with ease and that the reverse cannot with any confidence be claimed.
No.. did anyone accuse you of it?
This thread is for a discussion, not a debate on racism.
Red K sent.
Cuntivore accused him of it.
For instance, Tyson looks great on paper and he surely has a legacy that exceeds that of any of Wlad's victims, but that version of Tyson also lost to Danny Williams and Kevin McBride.
I don't think that's entirely fair though. Tyson was on a pretty good streak to get into title contention at the time, and had basically given up two years later when he fought the greatest heavyweight that ever lived and Danny Williams. I mean Kevin McBride.
And.........many thought he would have went on to lose that fight had he not cut Vitali. I'm one of them.
Yeah but many thought that Hatton would have won against Pacquiao had he not been outclassed and completely starched. It doesn't actually matter what would have happened if something else didn't happen, because what did happen is that Lewis soaked up everything that Vitali offered and smashed his face to bits, forcing a stoppage.
Note* Vitali clowned the champ Lennox on ten days notice.
Without wanting to get overly technical, this:

...is not clown makeup.
As it stands now David Haye is basically playing the Riddick Bowe role. Wlad can't force him into the ring and he has defeated most every other fighter of note.
Is this a reference to the fact that Haye pulled out of a fight injured, a heinous act that no Klitschko would ever dream of?
I don't discredit Lennox's win over Vitali, he beat him fairly within the rules of boxing. I think he should have given Vitali a rematch though, but oh well.
I can respect this point of view, a rematch would have been a good thing but clearly Lewis had had enough of the sport at that point and he did something that not enough fighters manage: Retired at the top and with all his faculties intact. Uuuuuh. Definitely.
Naw, don't cop out like that. Lennox got sparked out twice by big right hands that were both nowhere in the same league as Wladimir's. Bad combo for Lennox in my opinion even though I am not saying Klitschko definitely lands the money shot. No way to tell what would have happened actually.
Wlad shows far too much reluctance to throw big shots even against people he knows can't hurt him, so against a big punching heavyweight like Lewis he'd be timid beyond belief.
I'd be willing to concede that Wlad is the better technician. He has better defense and a better jab than Lewis ever did and he may even be a harder hitter. But Lewis had a better chin, took a punch better and also had that fight in him that seems lacking in Wlad since he got starched by Sanders.
Anyway on the other hand i'm kind of happy Dirrell won cuz the tournament gets more interesting this way.
This is true, although a big finish would have been better. Dirrell is a massive knockout waiting to happen though. At some point he's going to get caught big time and I think he lacks the mental fortitude to fight through it.
Another factor is that Dirrell has a tendency to fall on the floor a lot and so far referees have been kind to him. A couple of slips in a fight is one thing but he falls very frequently. In a way it's no surprise he got hit while he was down.
When did America become a continent? There is South and North America two different continents. You are reaching, European boy :****you:
Stupid Panamanians.
After saying all that-it is only pure irony that when a fellow European wins against an American-you all seem to find the unity to rejoice and "share" the win though,eh?
Not really. I don't rejoice when Wladimir Klitschko spoils his way to another 11 round victory against an American who can't hurt him, I never rejoiced when Sven Ottke managed to steal another fight... for me it's about styles. I like Arthur Abraham's style more than Dirrell's for example. But it has nothing to do with his Armenian/German background.
i think dirrel faiked it but the only one who knows is dirrel. He took the shot and sat their for a couple of seconds looking ok at Abe took a couple of breaths and then laid down and "went unconscious" I think he played it. Also what the **** with the knock down in round 10 abe lands a straight right dirrel goes down no kd ruled.
It took Dirrell longer to decide he was KOd after that punch than it took Abraham to throw the punch after Dirrell slipped...
you're in Canada Magellan
:lol1:
im just busting your balls mate
I live in England most of my life, only been in Canada for a few years. It's not bad in Canada but there's too many fucking euroes.
