Which is the one punch you find hard to get away from during sparring or in a actual fight? For me it's got to be the straight left from southpaw opponents. I hate it because I can block it for so long but then I end up getting caught as soon as I lose even the least bit of focus.
I have a hard time adapting to a wide right hook that goes around my guard, especially when it follows a jab.
Then again I try too hard to emulate the philly shell style like that and I've never had high class training. It's hard being confident in turning your shoulder to block a punch, especially when your expected to use the benefit of the style and quickly counter.

none I hold the whole fight/sparring session
If I don't slip to the outside of it then I get tagged pretty often by the Straight Right hand, mainly because I have a bad habit of keeping my left hand low but I'm working on keeping it up more.
