Jr. was/is the best boxing talent of our era - minus RJJ. The man is a boxing craftsman and is one of those, because of his personality, love to hate boxers. You CANNOT take away from what that man is and will always be - a ****ing beast in the divisions he roamed. I don't care what division you put him in, within reason, he is a clear and cut favorite to win/dominate. Floyd Mayweather Jr., given we all still love to debate him, is one of boxings elite talents that may go unparalleled for many years to come. The reason, so many of us, hate sometimes, is because his boxing genious leaves SO much to be desired. I, for one, don't blame him one bit. With his ego, why not go out on top and look back to those who hate and repeat that to them? I just think, sometimes, when us fans love a fighter so much or are taken back by something truly great, we feel they should keep entertaining us forever and if they don't, well, look at what happens. Floyd, as it stands, has really never had a bad fight - never been hurt - never lost, etc. etc. - - - What more do you look for out of boxing going into it? Let's not forget to mention he is filthy ****ing rich lol. I really think Floyd, had he stayed, would not have met his match from 130-154. Not even close IMO. Not until he reached MW, with considerable height, weight, power, etc., would he have even been tested IMO. Even at MW, I would still, inside, find it hard to bet against him. I think the man, personally, is a prick and a loud mouth who almost ASKS for shit to happen to him - but - make no mistake about it, 130-154 - - - bring who you want, Floyd will be walking away the winner. Dawson and this is including no bias. If Calzaghe could back Kessler up, then what would a natural light heavyweight do that is faster than Calzaghe and actually has the power down the stretch? I like Dawson by stoppage, Kessler has not beaten or done anything to convince me otherwise. His inability to fight going backward and his low confidence( when someone is giving him a hard fight and forcing the action) will play against him. I see this fight going similar to the Adamek fight. Its easy to bring up chin, but the 26 other fighters have found out that hitting it flush is not an easy thing to do. IMO this is all that needs to be said. Kessler, while a good fighter - won't beat Dawson.

Also, JC truly does have a high punch output, but let's see how high it is while his opponent is actually hitting him. The relentless pressure he will face from Kelly will force him to either get in there and slug it out, or go turtle mode. Either way, he loses.

BHop showed how invisible he is huh? (rolls eyes) JC won't be able to get inside Kelly, which is his only chance to win the fight. Kelly will hunt him down, cut the ring off and pick him apart in pretty much the same fashion he did with Lockett. Yes, I just compared Lockett to JC - the outcome will be the same in the end folks. Kelly, due to the main focus fighters already having signed their own fights, doesn't have much of a lineup to choose from. Beating Williams to a pulp would do little for him. This fight should definitely NOT happen. Winky seems most logical given the lineup he has to pick from.

At this stage of his career, Oscar would be embarassed if not knocked out.

May be the biggest money, but will do NOTHING for Cotto's career standpoint. Cotto is above DLH and should deny him that fight IMO. He'd get more respect for saying no, than he would for taking the fight and winning.

Calzaghe is THE most overrated fighter today. Not only does his resume not reflect TOP PRIME contenders, minus Kessler, but his "O" people praise him for having all this time are that of what I just mentioned. Low level punching bags used for a payday. Kessler was his only legitimate claim to a good fighter on his record. Fuck Lacy too cause I know people are gonna throw him in my face after reading this. Lacy was a bum who was fully exposed as just that. And Dorian, nobody in Cotto's future has much of a chance to beat him - that's why we all act this way about him.
