1. Hatton= after his fight vs mayweather, he went down, especially after fighting Lazcano. 2. Mayweather= it seems Competition is getting better and it was time for him to get out. its about the money, no doubt. But dont claim to be the best, if you haven't fought the best. 3. Pacman= impressive fights against Marquez..thats it. All the others were on their way out, out of prime. He's ony fought one real good boxer in his prime and that was Marquez, thats it, noone else. David Diaz and Hatton arent real tests. Those are no brainers, for the money and to build up the hype, just too make more money for the next fight and so on. ...Hatton is overated but he's the real test for Manny?...I don't get it...

Depends on who is rating each fighter of course, but the consensus list has to be the following: Wladimir Klitschko - I don't deny he is a talented fighter, but he's beaten nobody serious and has been beaten by some seriously questionable opposition. Certainly not the badass hall-of-famer some people claim. Edison Miranda - Maybe he isn't overrated anymore, but anyone with knowledge could have told you before the Abraham fight exactly what he is; a wild, defence-free slugger. Kelly Pavlik - Let me start by saying that I'm a huge fan of Pavlik (as I list in my sig), but he is being seriously overhyped at the moment. Kelly is getting the Tye Fields treatment, although people aren't joking, having only beaten one quality fighter in Jermain Taylor and I don't even rate Taylor that much. Antonio Margarito: Some people talk as if he'll destroy either Mayweather or Cotto. I just don't see it. He already got exposed by Williams. Zab Judah - As a lot of people have said, he's come up short when it counts. Oscar De La Hoya: As not many people have said, he's come up short when it counts. Even the best fighters can be overrated by the worst fans. All the fighters I've listed are good fighters, just not quite what has been said of them.

Zab is better than Floyd. But, he has fought everyone and never ducked anyone. Thats why Floyd is retired and Zab isn't. Dawgs, being faster and being a better fighter are 2 different things. I've always said speed wise Zab & Floyd are pretty much parallel. But Zab's defense against quality guys is shit as proven by Tzu, Cotto, Floyd, & fuckin Baldomir (LOL). Brooklyn gave up on Zab a while ago, why don't you do the same?

David Haye is the biggest hypejob in boxing, hands down. now we all no that wlad is so overhyped he cant live up to it cos hes shit. lets face it he sucks and we no it he also gets beaten by his mother lol :owned:

You can't really say that about a fighter until he shows he was all hype. David Haye all mouth I do agree but so far he's backed up everything he's said, only time will tell if he was ALL hype. For instance I think Chad Dawson is a whole lotta hype and will come undone one day, but for now he's just (questionably) beat Glen Johnson so I respect that. exactly, a guy who unifies his division in 22 fights and does it by beating the two top guys by knockout is clearly not hype. he is a proven champion at cruiserweight at the very least so far he has had 1 fight at heavy and it resulted in a brutal first round ko..... he cant do anymore than he already has.
