Lets say he keeps busy and fights in January, which fights interest you more?

The winners and supposedly top P4P fighters looked lackluster. Yes they won a majority of the rounds but only by a slim margin and failed to look dominant or control any aspect of the fight. I can understand Pac not solving Mosley because he is not a technician in the ring. But Wlad should have looked a lot better against Haye does not box. Rarely threw a jab and did not look to setup any combinations. After I saw Haye's strategy I was waiting for Wlad to systematically break him down like he usually does his opponents but it never came and the hardest punch of the fight was landed by Haye. I think this fight taints Wlad's legacy somewhat. I still think Vitali-Haye would have been the better fight to watch for entertainment and would have been closer in cards.

I caught the beginning but left work early today at 1:00 so I only heard him talk about a few things.. It was a great interview heard him answer and speak on certain things I hadn't heard before. Like he said the best punch he felt he ever landed in his career was on Jermain Taylor. And guy asked if he had doubts moving from Middleweight to Light Heavyweight, what was difficult about it and he talked about sparring sessions against bigger guys preparing for that. When great fighters face each other someone has to lose. The winner is the GOAT and the loser shouldn't be thrown in the trash. When two elite fighters faceoff no matter the outcome both should retain their status and not lose too much stock. We see it too many times in boxing fans/analyst Williams/Martinez and Bradley/Alexander are good examples. IMO Juanma Lopez should not jump ahead of the loser by just standing pat. This may be apart of the reason we don't get fights we want to see because we trash fighters after losing.

I know he just retired, but maybe this type of bout could lure him back as final farewell. He is closer in age and a more appropriate fight for Morales. Maidana is a lot younger, stronger and above level he's faced in a while.

The biggest fights are being shown on these premium cable channels HBO and Showtime. A lot of ppl don't have these channels. UFC a big part of the growth is it being shown on ****e. And remember when they said the SuperSix semi-finals and finals would be shown on CBS, has anybody heard any updates on that. At this point in there careers Wlad is the better fighter Wlad is more technically sound boxer. Wlad has quicker handspeed Wlad is more mobile, better footwork Despite the chin advantage, I think Haye would have easier time getting between Vitali's guard. Looking back at the Arreola fight I kept thinking If Arreola was faster and smaller he could have landed some blows in that fight. After Cotto and Margarito were KO'd they were not dropped completely from the list. Can we honestly say there are 10 fighters in the world more talented with better resumes?

Froch was't dominated, outclassed, and knocked down several times against Dirrell the way Arthur was. He brought this up in the Presser in Helsinki, it touched a nerve. How much of an impact will there common opponent and presser comments have on the fight?

IT would have given him a n immediate rematch with a chance at revenge. And a better chance of victory than against ABraham in Germany. DiBella should have pushed for this. How were the fights drawn? Taylor's career could be in a totally different position right now if this happened.

This is a fight HBO has to make in 2010. Another possible FOTY. SOmeone who is more relentless and give more pressure then PW. WOuld love to see how Sergio use his slickness with his hands down verse Kirkland.

Hope this goes on the undercard of Abraham-Dirrell. Green is still an unknown against elite competition. So should be interesting.

Right now the top WWs are shorter right now then they have been historically in the past. You have Cotto @ 5'7, Clottey @ 5'8, and Berto @ 5'8. And you also have fighters at those same heights fighting at lower weight classes like Juanma Lopez and Chris John. The average welter historically has has been the size of Cintron, Margarito, De La Hoya, Trinidad, Hearns, Forrest. Since there has been a history of 6 foot welters I don't understand how its a shock or a big deal there is one that happens to be a couple inches over the norm. but WW has the most variants in height disparity between fighters. But from 147/54 to 200 everyone is generally from 5'10-6'2.

Both had very similar experiences parallel in their fights with Andrade and Miranda. Miranda broke Abe's jaw and was robbed of a decision in Germany. ANdrade was robbed of possibly a 12th Rd KO. Alot of People say he was up at 8 or 9 but he was lying against the ropes. I may be wrong but I thought you are supposed to be able to stand on your own without the help of the ring to be standing And both bounced back using their superior boxing skills and power to KO their opponents early in the fight. These guys are both Top 3 SuperMiddleWeights IMO.

This will be very important in determining who will win the fight. This fight was a long time ago and many of you have forgotten that Bute did outbox Andrade; but he does not have the athleticism or stamina to keep away from Andrade for 12 twelve rounds. And like Kessler he has no inside fighting ability. Whenever Andrade got inside Bute held or he get banged up badly.

People are ignoring that in the close quarters he did this and prolonged the clenching sessions to AVOID the inside fighting where he had the disadvantage and was getting beat badly. Yes they initiated by Ward, but when he let go to do his business on the inside Kessler held for a LONGER period of time.
