When Conor goes 12 with TBE it's going to be so satisfying watching you whiny *****es cry. The guy you said a 16yr old novice could whoop just sent a former champion home after pushing his **** in in HIS arena and the triggering on here has intensified ten fold. You have your heads so buried in the sand that Paulie was expected to be **** because he's been retired for 5 months, while Floyd retired for 2 years will make absolutely no difference. Do you even hear yourselves? Oh your tears will be glorious.
I'm reading it now he defending that shlt hard
He answers everything
While Conor is silent
Says a lot
Don't know if you've noticed but Conor's training for the biggest fight in history in a couple of weeks. He has more important tasks at hand than engaging in girly gossip with drama queen Malignaggi. I thought UFC fighters had trouble dealing with Conor mentally but some of these boxers are downright embarrassments.
This was very amateurish by McGregor's sorry ass.
The only amateur here has been Paulie, who couldn't handle his role as sparring partner and needed his name in lights throughout. "Hey boxing guys, he didn't hurt me I swear, no omg power, I'm tough, believe me" Sad!
Go look at conors instagram of him theres a recent pic where he is sparring paulie. Paulie looks way smaller than him and fat while conor is in peak physical condition.
And paulie still went 12 , wtf do you think floyd is going to do to him lmao
Paulie's got head gear and getting hit by airbags. Floyd won't get so soft a landing. The take-away from Paulie's report is Conor can go 12 rounds, and not only that but finish the stronger. Paulie's now saying that Conor doesn't necessarily need to get Floyd out of there early to prevail. That's quite a substantial development.
A fat old retired shot no power having paulie made the leprechaun his ***** in sparring. Mcgregor getting stopped by floyd
lol triggered much? An MMA fighter that according to ignorant know-nothings like you, just went 12 rounds with a former world champion, finishing the stronger I might add, "putting it on" him, "totally gassing" him.
You no doubt, were one of the hordes that said McGregor wouldn't last 3 rds with a 16 yr old novice. You now look utterly ridiculous and it is deeply satisfying.
No surprise to see Floyd's odds drift for the first time in 2 months on the back of the stunning revelation that McGregor can go 12 rounds against a champion boxer who "was out to prove a point" and "had a chip on his shoulder"
Paulie was giving it all he could and drowned in the last 2 rounds. The MMA guy prevailed. Incredible.
Personally, I hope he gets seriously hurt. More than just a knockout.
What a sorry sack of **** you are. This is the fight game buddy, not ice skating. Go cry about meany Conor saying meany things some more.
James Toney tapping inside a minute is exactly how 99% of "real fights" would go between pro boxers and pro MMA fighters. I don't know why this is seen as disrespectful to boxing. It doesn't mean boxers are less skilled or not as tough. Simply means their mastering of one discipline leaves them ill-prepared to deal with the other weapons available to an MMA fighter.
It is somewhat ironic that those who disagree with this do so by putting all their eggs in the "one punch" basket - despite laughing hysterically at the notion that Conor landing one shot can in any shape or form aid him in winning in the ring.
Why couldn't a champion boxer twice the size of Conor do this to Nate?

pretty classless, im not keen on either of them but mcgregors coming across like a real piece of **** in the build up. hope mayweather gives him a pasting to be honest, thats not something ive found myself saying too often.
Agreed. Not even beating your girl half to death is worse.
Irrefutable fact
Nate couldn't touch Conor until he gassed.
Irrefutable fact:
Nate Diaz has been dropped by a punch in his career just 3 times. All at the hands of Conor McGregor.
Irrefutable fact:
Nate is twice the size of Floyd.

Also said he'd knock out Diaz the 2nd time and looked what happened... Got drug to hell & back by a guy that's slightly better than a gatekeeper.
You mean the 6ft 200lb Nate Diaz that Andre Ward spars and said could be a pro boxer? The Nate Diaz that was never dropped by a punch in his entire career prior to facing McGregor, despite facing opponents much larger than McGregor? You can say McGregor won't touch Floyd but you'd be mistaken to think a guy with a 90% ko rate can't drop him if he does connect.
look at all the naysayers saying he has no chance but not a single bet slip posted. You'd think you bums would put your minuscule life savings on such a sure thing.
If it happens, it's by doing something awkward that Floyd doesn't expect. Mayweather trains to react to certain punches and angles (all boxers do). If you can draw a movement out and throw something unexpected, there's a chance to catch him.
That said, if Pac tried that and failed, then no way in hell is a hypejob that lost to nate Diaz going to pull it off.
Only a low IQ bum could consider a 2 weight world champ who permanently disfigured Nate's face and sent him to retirement a "hype job"
I'm struggling with this argument. Why on earth is it a disaster for boxing? If Roger Federer wins the British Open Golf do we say wow who knew tennis skills could translate? No, we'd say who knew Roger was a great GOLFER?
If Conor wins he can't be anything but a great BOXER and should be welcomed with open arms by the boxing community.
The answer to OP question is as follows.
Be 12 years younger.
Be bigger.
Be in possession of true knockout power.
Be the longest southpaw he's faced.
Be able to dominate him in the clinch when he tries to stall and hug.
Be someone other than an intimidated fanboy playing the role of victim like Berto.
Be used to being hit by 4oz gloves by opponents as large as 170lb, rendering Floyd's pillows extra luxurious.
There, not that difficult is it?
He looked horrible, but no surprise to see those who judged McGregor on Van Heerden's sparring edit (ignoring Conor's edit where he landed bombs) now say "it's just sparring"
Oh and lol @ the sparring partner being better than Conor. That kid was wild and uncoordinated. Conor is is a composed counter striker, I don't where you get the idea of him being a brawler.
Homeboy got dieded in like a minute. Lol.
Bad omens for Notorious..
Why? Unlike boxing coaches, MMA coaches deal with fighters with varying skillsets. Nelson is a wrestler.
Surviving 12 rounds would be bad yes bad but funny enough a Conor win would be GOOD for boxing. It would not mean that MMA > boxing at all as Conor is so far ahead of your typical MMA striker.
If Conor wins he will have to be considered a legit BOXER, that used boxing skills to beat the best boxer there is. How is that bad?
We'd have Conor VS Canelo and Conor VS GGG to look forward to. A Conor win would be HUGE for boxing and take all the spotlight off MMA. Don't think for one second Dana White actually wants Conor to win.
LOL @ those mocking Conor's footwork. How did those 47 opponents with 'traditional' footwork do against Floyd again? Fact is if Conor could wave a magic wand and acquire the footwork of a pro boxer it would only put him at he a greater disadvantage. 47 tried and failed with it, than God Conor's going in there with something different.
No.
Mike Perry is a 170-pounder.
Conor is a 155-pounder, and 145.
What we in 'mma circles' believe is that smart, top-level wrestlers with a chin could beat Conor.
When Conor goes back to MMA, Tony Ferguson beats him, Khabib beats him, Frankie Edgar beats him... Nate Diaz' teammate, Gilbert Melendez beats him... even outside of the UFC, Micheal Chandler from Bellator beats Conor. Even Chad Mendes at 145 in a rematch might beat him (with an actual training camp this time).
LMFAO
I bet you said Poirier beats him, Mendes beats him, Aldo beats him, Alvarez beats him too.
Other than a lucky punch against aldo who came running in like a retard, who the hell has this guy even beat?
In his last bout he KOd the LW champ, a future hall of famer. In his second UFC fight he crushed the current FW champ Max Holloway, despite tearing his ACL. Between that win and KOing the then P4P #1 Jose Aldo in 13 seconds he knocked out then #1 contender Chad Mendes. Educate yourself son.
hard to tell
anyone is a hard puncher with 4 ounce gloves on
So why did it take 10 years for Jose Aldo to fall? Every single person tried and failed to do what Conor did in 13 seconds. What about Eddie Alvarez? Dropped 4 times and KO'd, something never done by a previous opponent in 4oz gloves. How about Nate Diaz? Never dropped in his career from a 4oz glove until he met Conor and was put down like a cow in a slaughter house 3 times in 2 rounds.
You make it sound so easy. Like everyone wearing 4oz gloves should boast KO records like Conor's. Well they don't and the reason McGregor is the name that he is is because he did what all the others could not.
Impossible to argue otherwise if he KOs Floyd isn't it?
All we've heard from the boxing community is how this is no different than Lebron James outplaying Tom Brady and winning the Super Bowl. So how could Conor be anything other than the GOAT if he wins?
Even without the 3 knockdowns, McGregor comprehensively outboxed him in rounds 1,2 & 4.
Diaz has retired since that bout and for good reason.

Watch the momentum. Paulie's hit and is on his way down, slow motion and freeze framing eliminates momentum and such manipulation could have Spinks look like he was pushed down by Tyson. Bottom line is it would take a brave ref to not rule that KD in a bout.
Berbick and Botha made efforts to get up after Tyson drilled them too. Come to think of it, who besides Spinks and Frazier were rendered truly immobile by Iron Mike?
Can't be more than 5% of KOs in boxing that are 'laid out, lights out' where there is no attempt to beat the count.
It's a troll video. Same 'interviewer' has tons of videos setting Jeff up with "but what about Conor's power" - To which Jeff laughs and says "what about it?" - It's all good fun but I must say I've noticed Jeff a bit more on edge of late, a few months ago he would have just dismissed the Paulie footage with "Paulie's not Floyd" but now he's adding that McGregor looks like trash in it, which is just senseless.
I guess with so much at stake he can't allow himself to even fathom the possibility that McGregor isn't as bad as he thought. Like Max Kellerman now saying Floyd beats him at 60, they have to double down or doubt in their predictions will creep in.
