Sparring against boxers who are not in peak condition is also less exhausting, because they cant fight hard for the full round.

I'm not sure why people think Conor is a complete scrub. He's not going to beat Floyd or even come close, but to think he couldn't be competitive with a guy like Paulie who would probably be a fringe top 20 guy at WW is a stretch. Conor has been boxing for 15 years. A lot of pro sparring partners have a pretty weak/average record, and they give champs good work. I'm not surprised at all by this.
