I don't know what you guys saw but I see him lighting the dude up with right hands and rolling with literally all of the dude's punches. When the sparring partner tried to get aggressive he ate two right hands in a row similarly to how De La Hoya did and thats exactly why McGregor wont go balls to the wall like Chino did. Great event, but no contest as a fight. Enjoy :boxing:
This is the standard he's held to guys, if someone lands a punch on him "he's shot", like when Mosley landed 2 shots in 1 round and lost every other round "Mayweather almost got KO'd". I only wish these people would put their money where their mouth is and bet on his opponents. You think he's shot yet you think every fight he has is a mismatch, that's funny. Just shows how great he is. You should bet on him to lose if you think he's shot, there's awesome odds for you out there hahaha.
Very sad, he looks incredibly shot here.
I'm friends with Elie Seckbach's boyfriend and he said that this clip was cut just before Floyd's sparring partner dropped him hard. I would advise the more intelligent of the forum to bet heavily on McGregor.
Definitely, no doubt.
Floyd got mauled for a second there.
Somebody needs to edit that down and repost it on Youtube with with a title like "Mayweather Dominated In Sparring By White Southpaw" and then leak on it on IG, Twitter and Sherdog. Keep those betting lines moving.
Lmao
Boxing commumity gonna win money this fight
People will sit here and argue about the most ridiculous stuff! Elie Sechback showed video of him doing situps towards the end of a 4 HOUR WORKOUT and people saying "HE WAS STRUGGLING"
A Short Sparring Clip gets turned into "He Looks Shot" :lol1:

Casuals are gonna make Floyd a 2-1 favorite come fight night.

He looks sharp, not quite as quick as usual but that's to be expected after 2 years off and I expect him to be close come fight night. I would like for it to be entertaining but the press conferences will be way more competitive than the fight. McGregor is quick but he's never faced anyone with head movement/defense/speed like Floyd, you can't compare the UFC zombies to him. Conor might have a "moment" early on but i'm expecting Floyd to dominate and stop him late.
He looked horrible, but no surprise to see those who judged McGregor on Van Heerden's sparring edit (ignoring Conor's edit where he landed bombs) now say "it's just sparring"
Oh and lol @ the sparring partner being better than Conor. That kid was wild and uncoordinated. Conor is is a composed counter striker, I don't where you get the idea of him being a brawler.
He was sparring Maurice Lee, who helped Mayweather for Pacquiao. I guran damn tee he is a better boxer than McGregor. I like how everyone is an expert off of a 30 second clip.

I have to say that was always my favorite, every stare down Mayweather looks shook he's scared....come fight night it's a walk in the park.
Not just the Mayweather fights, they do it after every stare down. It's like a running joke, lol.
Looks to me like a typical Mayweather sparring session and it also looks that he chose a good sparring partner, one who was mimicking a style that McGregor will try for.
Can't tell one way or the other based on a 30 second clip. Don't understand people saying he looked bad in this though. After not fighting for 2 years he's still able to avoid pretty much every shot, while easily getting his shots off. He got tapped by a jab at the beginning but that was pretty much it. He countered or avoided everything else I saw and was already landing that right hand..
Don't forget after every stare down, "he looks shook" lol

Honestly I think he looked good but Mcgregor will be technically quicker stronger and accurate then this sparring partner. Personally I believe TBE deserves credit for fighting Conor as Conor is an aggressive come forward sharp shooter with power in both hands
