At this point for anybody 30 and under when they will hear the name Floyd Mayweather they will think about his loss or non-win to Logan "0-1 Youtuber" Paul. They won't think or know about his wins over DLH, Mosley, Hatton, even the Pacquaio fight seems like a distant memory now. The boxing legacy he's leaving for his kids and their generation is that he couldn't put away Logan Paul. Was that worth it Floyd? Was the money that good? Was the money you already made really not enough?

I could be wrong but the last notable under 200 lbs heavyweight was RJJ when he won the title weighing 193 lbs. Of course going back to the older days there were slews of under 200 lbs HWs. Could we ever see another sub 200 lber have success at HW?

He seems to be believing in his own KO power a lot since the last fight but has his power actually improved much? It seems like it was more shot placement than sheer force that won the fight last time. Wilder was done but he never actually got put out.

As much as people have disparaged his skills since his last fight (and before) and despite the fact that he will be the betting under dog maybe by a lot in the potential 3rd fight. If he was in the era of Holyfield, Lewis, Tyson, Bowe, Foreman II, Morrison, Tua etc. where do you see him have fitting in?

From my observations there seems to be more cross over appeal now for Bare Knuckle Fight Championship among MMA fans and even fighters than with the boxing crowd. Rule-set wise BKFC is actually much closer to Boxing than MMA, perhaps a huge duh. However is it the marketing that seems to be attracting more casual MMA fans to it than Boxing fans from what I can see? When BKFC first got licensed in states it was supposed to be a throwback to how Boxing originally was at the end of the 19th century.

The (very) young up and comer against the older legend (Pac-Man). Is it pretty much win-win for Garcia too? as relatively few people hold Canelo's loss against Mayweather against him due to his age and Garcia is even less experienced than Canelo was when he fought Money.

In the UFC rankings as long as you can string back together 3-4-5 wins after a loss you can get yourself right back into title contention, regardless if you have potentially double digit losses on your record, as in a Jorge Masvidal. In boxing careers are almost deemed over if a top boxer gets his first loss. I think that's one of the main reasons the top guys in boxing don't want to fight the other top guys. Top guys in MMA who have had great comebacks after losses probably would have been deemed long washed in boxing and by boxing fans to be fair.

Mike Tyson was able to get back to his fighting shape and lose 100 lbs for an exhibition at 53. George Foreman never got back to his prime fighting weight in his comeback and was carrying a lot of excess fat on his body. Despite that he still won a title. An athlete performing well in their 40s now isn't as unheard of as it was 25-30 years ago. Imagine a more experienced George Foreman like we got but in tip-top shape? Could he have truly run through the 90s?

With as good as Tyson looked at 54 arguably better than his last few fights pre-retirement and the fact he's probably the most loved by the general public since before his rape trial. Has Mike actually improved his legacy in boxing this late in the game?

How would Fury do against prime Vitali?

You have a bunch of boxers who weigh-in at 200 lbs briefly while on the scale but end up often well over 200 lbs the night of the actual fight after rehydrating. So they are really fighting at what should be HW anyways. How is this division ever going to get an identity of its own?

He's been seen in the last year training with Mike Tyson, Daniel Dubois and now Teddy Atlas. Wilder's rep has taken a beating since his loss to Fury but he has that KO power and there's always a punchers chance. What if he's outclassed by Fury again for 10 or 11 rounds and gets the drop on Fury in the 12th. What does that change? Is Wilder suddenly the man again?

Look at this, if Vegas shuts back down due to Covid the guy arranged a deal with the UAE sheikhs to keep the party rolling. Did any boxing promoter think of anything remotely like that? Bob Arum criticized Dana and now is probably burning with rage he didn't think of it, Eddie Hearns is trying to play catch-up. Dana is a bigger Don King without the hair and the murder rap.
