With as good as Tyson looked at 54 arguably better than his last few fights pre-retirement and the fact he's probably the most loved by the general public since before his rape trial.
Has Mike actually improved his legacy in boxing this late in the game?
He is not as good now as he was 15 years ago when lost to not very good heavyweights. That would be against all laws of nature. Look at his body. Does it look even half as strong as it did 15 years ago. He looked good because he was fighting another over 50 boxer. The 39 year old Tyson who retired because he could not beat good fighters anymore would still beat the hell out of today's Tyson.
Damn, bro, his conditioning and the way his body looked, are forcing me back into the gym, pronto. He looked great, with the exception of his face, his face looked in his 60s.

To me anything he or Jones or any other over 50 boxer does in the ring neither hurts nor helps their legacy at all no matter how good or bad they look for their old age. It means nothing and is just entertainment for some who like that kind of fight. What a boxer did in his prime and near prime years determines his true legacy to me.

Very much so he looked so good I feel no Roy beat any Tyson after yesterday...And Roy at his A game is rare air...
Its Evident now with a majority of his losses Tyson beat Tyson by not training and quitting mentally
NO! However what he did was reach a younger Demo that never seen him and only knows of him because of his Podcast and his Ranch

Looked better...
He fought a shot former middleweight in his 50s, that is still an easier fight than a HW contender like McBride was (his last fight).
He didn’t look better, he was just fighting a guy also in his 50’s.
Both looked old, because they are.
People over analyse it, it makes no difference to his legacy.
