- -Tua would be in the same place as before unless he ditched his management and trainer for something better.
Potentially he could beat anyone, aka he ruined Ike for life and KTSO a host of future beltholders and was very popular with fans.
All of this is true, but the question was if Tua was active today, not who he beat in the past.
People hate on today's heavyweights but the top guys of the division are big and would tower over many of the heavyweights of the past. Last time I checked David Tua was the same height as Mike Tyson?
Height will not be enough to cover up these tall bums flaws.
Chisora has fought a good fighter 11 times in his career and 11 times he walked out of the ring with a loss.
Tua has four KO wins against guys that won world heavyweight championships (Michael Moorer, Hasim Rahman, John Ruiz, Oleg Maskaev).
Don't ever, ever compare the two. All of this is true, but the question was if Tua was active today, not who he beat in the past.

He would do worse than he did in the 90s and 00s, we don't have champs like John ruiz running about today.
John Ruiz >>>>>> Andy Ruiz Jr, Charles Martin, Joseph Parker, Bermane Stiverne, etc

John ruiz was actually very skilled
watch ruiz pre-tua
After tua starched his ass 1 round, ruiz became the boring ass clinch and hold fighter
Ruiz didn't want to get ktfo in round 1 again
Lol,many those fighters have excellent records or are atgs:lol1:
By awful W/L %, I mean the fights they were busted in (NOT overall W/L %). Most cheaters lost the fight they cheated in.

Skills pay the bills and there's no drug that can replace it.

Lets hear some of these records of juicers,I think most juicers didn't get caught in prior eras & even in this era with vada/ukad you got guys like Shyte getting away with fighting juiced without repercussions, imagine back then, Holyfield comes to mind as much as I was a big fan

I truly respect my board brothers here... And maybe I have brain damage as well... lord knows I took a few shots. Ibeabuchi was the perfect size, had great capacity, could throw most punches, power in both hands, and was smart in the ring. Tua had no reach, slow feet, and could throw one punch... Is it really that complicated? A decent heavyweight, even a somewhat fair to middlin' heavy weight like Rahman could stay away from a left hook and score against Tua. Lewis was never even threatened against Tua... I mean he was an exciting fighter, but he was never really that good.
I for one think our own Left Hand Tua is a much more deadly poster, than Tua was a boxer...

BTW, juice doesn't make a fighter better. Juicers have a terrible W/L %

We've gone over this before, you underrate this era I think because the current hws are super hws & while they aren't as skilled they def would be a test for prior eras fighters imo just based off size & because prior eras were allowed to juice up which is not the case anymore. Or do you disagree with them being juiced more back then?

Most HWs from any era would dominate this piss poor HW era.

He was never able to win the title in his own time, losing his only shot to Lewis. However what if he was active today in the current HW environment?
The height of today's heavies would cause him problems but I think he would have a belt
After the Tua fight, ike suffered brain damage and was constantly complaining of headaches.
Ibeabuchi also went crazy. Like those nfl players that went cuckoo after taking too many hits.
Tua won that fight.
Ibeabuchi would've kicked ass himself in this era too,he was a dangerous hw
