He's been seen in the last year training with Mike Tyson, Daniel Dubois and now Teddy Atlas. He has heavy ass-hands but kinda **** technique but could his size and strength make up the difference?

Lets see what you say when pacman ko this bum
When did I say he wouldnt?
Not sure what your point is. An ATG thats currently ranked #3 by Ring in one of the toughest divisions in the sport should be able to beat Conor McGregor? well duh...
No one with his size or power has ever tried it out so no one knows what would happen. Wish he would give it a shot so we could see how it all unfolds. I could see someone like Ajagba getting destroyed.
People ignore stuff like Jarrell Miller being a mediocre kickboxer who lost to a washed up middle aged Cro Cop who had been brutally KO'd multiple times in MMA by that point. Or Lucas Browne being KO'd twice in MMA before focusing on boxing and somehow getting his hands on a title. Or Franz Botha going 4-12 in kickboxing including getting KTFO in under 2 mins by a bum in a fight that was 99% hands while it lasted.
Theres always excuses.
Edit: forgot about Fabio Maldonado going the distance with Takam and current top 10 ranked Rivas in the last few years too, and managing to build up a 26-0 boxing record against bums before that. Guy got knocked out in 35 seconds by the current UFC HW champ lol.
you better pray for your boy mccgregor. the pacman would massacre him to death and you know it.
More likely scenario is just like the Floyd fight it goes way longer than people were expecting and Conor even wins a few rounds, then the "Pac carried him" excuses will roll out.
what has that cherrypicker ngannou proven?
Lol what?
Boxing is different. I think he could be competitive and beat some decent people but that is not saying much. By decent I am not referring to the top 30.
Ngannou in my opinion is not built for boxing in his skillbase or mindset. In boxing defence is everything, even for power punchers. At a certain level there is a big jump where everyone hits hard and everyone is not easy to hit.
The people that succeed are the ones that don't take flush shots because any decent heavyweight has enough power to stop you. I don't think Ngannou could get used to fighting people constantly that hit hard as well and likely harder than him. Not to mention the massive cardio and speed advantage they would have.
He would also lose the fear factor that he has in the UFC over his opponents. No decent heavyweight in boxing is going to give a **** about him going into a fight because if you fear getting hit by a power puncher then boxing is not for you. He would be just another opponent for most.
Dave Allen and Joey Dawejko would demolish this guy, nevermind Takam or Chisora.
Dave Allen would probably lose to the guy Ngannou just stopped in 20 seconds.
Again..
Rates this UFC washout as an okay boxer...

But thinks this dude is a bum who would get KO'd by the likes of Ted Cheeseman...
Too funny.
Holy rabbit punches batman
It’s too late for him. His technics would take a long time for any trainer to correct. He would probably do well with the top 40ish but even the top 34 HW boxers would take him out. Someone like Arreola, Dave Allen for example would take him out.
If he could actually compete in heavyweight boxing he'd be doing it, because you make way more money fighting Joshua, Fury, and Wilder than you do fighting Miocic and Cormier.
Well said. He probably could do well but it would take years for him to be able to compete with the best.
He obviously gets wrecked by the elites but would have a good shot against dudes like Takam, Chisora, Breazele, Washington etc imho. Plus its the norm for guys to build up their records spending 90% of their career feeding on the Dave Allens and Joey Dawejkos of this world anyway. Look how a bum like Lucas Browne managed to get his hands on a belt, he would get sparked by a lot of the guys Ngannou has KTFO for ****s sake.
Dave Allen and Joey Dawejko would demolish this guy, nevermind Takam or Chisora.
what is this nonsense???
Again..
I rate that cley collard guy. hes ok in a boxing ring.
ngannou is just some bum.

Too funny.
He'd be very ineffective. The spacing, due to glove size, is different making it easier to land offense in MMA, and that also makes defense more difficult.
Francis is used to launching shots that can't be blocked by 4oz. gloves, but can be blocked by boxing gloves. Francis doesn't even have good defensive mma boxing, he relies on durability which would get him beat into a mess in boxing.
Exactly right, He is fighting fhor money so if he was good enough he would be a boxer where the most money is.
He would be top 20-30 level in boxing. Guys at that level dont make any more than he does and dont have anywhere near the fame and exposure.
Did you notice the part where i said boxing?
So you rate him as a boxer and yet his hands were not considered anything special in MMA, funny that huh? now geez I wonder if that might mean there are other MMA fighters who might be better than him in boxing if they pursued it? like..you know...Max Holloway who absolutely lit him up with punches and had him shooting in for takedowns?
Or maybe a HW who is widely considered to the biggest puncher in MMA history and who KOs practically everyone he faces in the first round? you know...the guy you're saying would get sparked out by journeymen who he outweighs by almost 100lbs.

It would be fun to see him & Wilder windmill at each other.

thats Joyce not Dubois, he wasnt exactly training with Tyson either...
Heavy hands in the UFC does not mean he's heavy handed in boxing, just ask Mcgregor
Exactly. McGregor landed a flush uppercut on Floyd and Floyd didn’t even blink.
