They are talking too much stupidity specially Bradley. Its clear is was the PUNCH! the heads barely touch side by side. Fighters don't react immediately all te time.
Deontay Wilder is set to continue getting KO'ed. He's shot and legs never recovered from Fury fight. A mosquito bite on his chin and his legs are gone.
What bothers me is that the unofficial scorer had Robeisy 3-1 in favor of Robeisy after 4 rounds. You clearly can see the damage on Robeisy’s face from all the punches. That sag below the eye is not caused by an elbow in any way. That’s a poor argument that is stupid.
I got the Cuban making the necessary adjustments and scoring the KO. Robeisy didn’t train, got caught up in the Miami hype and couldn’t finish him.
this time the fights a long way from Miami in Arizona and Robeisy will come in focused.
both favorites by KO.
I think they both will come in more prepared for this rematch but I think Robeisy took so much punishment in that first fight and it can show up in this fight. I know they beat the sh*t out of each other but the biggest eye catching blows that Espinoza got hit with, where more far in between while Robeisy got hit body and head throwout the entire fight. If the same fight play out again, Robeisy won't be able to handle that punishment the same way that the first fight.
It's amazing, Robeisy was the betting favorite. I got to dig to several website to confirm that was true because I was 100% certain that Espinoza was going to win and probably by KO.
I fact, I wrote here that I didn't believe, Robeisy will be able to handle the punches as well as in the 1st fight.
We need to admit that Espinoza is a machine, he is the closest thing to the Terminator.
Can someone explain to me how is that Rafael Espinoza vs Robeisy Ramirez isn't the main event? I love Navarrete and he and Valdez are both action fighters but I think they both are trending down while Espinoza and Robeisy are trending up and on top of that, they bring as much if not more action to the ring and the skill level is superior.
But I understand, maybe it all has to do with Valdez being the biggest draw of the card.
It's the superhero mentality. They are missing the fact that losing a fight doesn't define your career or legacy. Haven't you watched movies recently? every movie is about a hero, they see themself as one of them.
You guys are silly in this thread i'm not even a Canelo fan but to call him trash after his resume is ludicrous especially when you have fools claiming Crawford is p4p #1 but only stepped up once in his whole career vs a brawler in Shawn Porter.
That comes with the level of adulation and glorification that Canelo has received like a God. If you underperform, you failed. Canelo may be 32 yo bud his odometer maybe says 38-40?
That stamina issue and not being able to pull the trigger is something that we always see in old fighters and no matter how great a camp they put on. They look fantastic in training and sparring and the night of the fight is like a hidden entity sucked their soul.
I just hope that Tank allows this fight to last at least half the way for our enjoyment before he KOs Ryan because you know it can be light out for Ryan in round 1.
Let Mayweather retires in peace. He was a cherry-picker of high levels and the beneficiary of many gift decisions, everything went according to the Las Vegas plan and also he kept his 0, so don't move it.
Pacquiao would have beaten Spence. Ugas was a bad matchup for him. Spence would be too wide open and slow for Manny. Manny and his team knew that and I too.
unless something unpredictable happens, Fury'd win easy. You don't need to be an expert to know that. In boxing like in many other disciplines, there are levels...Fury is several levels above.
Well, you can make an argument that he actually lost a couple of close fights inside the ring but got the decision from the judges. His superb boxing IQ, skill and the benefit of "special treatment" made him an undefeated legend. While he won some close fights that others would lose (vs. Jose Luis Castillo I), others lost fights that they actually won inside the ring but then got robbed by the judges. Ex. Pacquiao vs Bradley I, Pacquiao vs Jeff Horn.
It's the same way I see it. Sad but true and it's not like he isn't one of the best or that he hasn't superb boxing skills, it's that he has opted to play it safe a favor the business part of the sport mostly each and every time...the lowest risk for the highest reward.
canelo will just continue the formula of fighting mediocre competition until one of the real big threats show enough weakness for him to capitalize on.
canelo wanted nothing to do with ggg when he was steamrolling opponents until he looked human against jacobs.
canelo wanted nothing to do with callum until he lost badly to ryder.
canelo didn't fight jacobs until he struggled badly against derevyanchenko.
canelo doesn't want nothing to do with beterbiev until he gets old and/or looks very vulnerable in his next fight. guaranteed.
in the meantime expect fielding chavez jr level competition.
classic cherry picker.
To be above average and not past his prime. He and his team (and I don't blame him) have developed a great business ability. They has that great I and influence to get the lowest risk fights with the highest reward. They find those names that casual fans can perceive as real treat and after he wins he get glorified.
But when was the last time that he was the underdog in a fight? or was in a 50/50 or so fight in the betting sites or in the expert reviews he wasn't the favorite? well...good look with your research.
The young man as great skills and is one of the best but I can asure you that there are other champions equally as good if not better but don't they have have that marketing machine behind them to come close to Canelo status within the sport.
