It’s the heavyweight division idiot most these cats look like bums at times.
Wilder
Joshua
Fury
All look like big dumb clumsy fuucks every now and then.
They just lack the skill and finesse of the lighter guys.
No, the division is historically weak.
I hate to break it to you.
Because he's fighting dudes who are historically weak competition. It's not his fault, but it's what we have to judge him on. It's worse than Rocky Marciano or even Joe Louis during their bad competition runs.
It's not that he quit, it's that he quit and didn't even try to adjust or do ****. He just sat around expecting himself to win at some point then realized he couldn't and left.
So real fans pay so leeches like you watch for free and then talk **** on a forum. You shouldn't even have a voice when you contribute nothing in support of the sport.
This is such a terrible take, I don't pay for PPV's no matter what the sport, because they don't give a **** about putting together the best fights. Promoters will ring their viewers dry and then have the gall to charge 75$+ for a PPV that should have occurred 3 years before.
Promoters can lick my unwiped ass because of their predatory practices.
Sup Skip :>
I don't know what underrated wins their are, but I think when Danny Garcia beat Matthysse it was a huge deal. Too bad Matthysse ended up canning up the latter end of his career.
This fight isnt a fight among two of the best ever. It's just a fight between Fury, a solid HW boxer and Wilder, a brawler and scrappy fighter with great KO power. There is no myth to either of these men if you know anything about them or the sport.
GGG won the second fight but Canelo was more competitive. Because he was more competitive and the first fight was a "draw" you idiots think he actually won.
you G-stans simply don't know how to score a fight
even the judge who scored the first fight for Golovkin awarded the rematch to Canelo
even Abel Sanchez admitted that Golovkin did not win
when scoring a fight..... you need to strictly follow the official criteria, and you need to watch both fighters
Yes because the promoter has more money long term in Canelo than GGG. Don't be so ****ing dense.
Here's to the never ending battle to get the naysayers to respect Floyd's career.
I'll never understand how someone could say something so ignorant. People who know the history of the sport and understand the fighters and the era are going to be comparing eras and do their best judge accordingly. Anyone who has studied for followed that era understands that was the prime for the lower weight classes. It's pretty much unanimous. That doesn't mean they think Floyd isn't an all time great or isn't one of the best. They just don't put him in the same class as other fighters because his competition was much weaker.
Other than a lucky punch against aldo who came running in like a retard, who the hell has this guy even beat? Got tapped by nate diaz and went life and death with him in the rematch, nate diaz hands are poor also, andre ward was just being nice when he said him and his bro have hands
Eddie Alvarez is a top LW in MMA and has been for like 8 years. Aldo shot wasn't lucky, and he beat Holloway, Poirer and Mendes (although on short notice). He isn't exactly a scrub. He has more relevant wins than Floyd does in the last 5 years IMO. Different sports, but still more credible wins.
Do you think boxers are the only people with insane KO power?
You can have insane KO power as a baseball player, they just make more money beating their bodies up for less playing baseball.
What a dumb thread.
