Both top P4P fighters, Both prime, (GGG is probably just slipping out) The number 1 and number 2 in the division.
This is a massive fight, probably bigger than any of the other P4P have had.
So could the winner be the new P4P number 1?
Would he be on your list
Define "winner."
It depends on the type of win. If GGG knocks out Canelo, he's going to be #1. He's been champion the longest.
If Canelo gets another stroke session from the judges, forget it.
Irrelevant. Best opponent was Danny Jacobs. Camping in a mediocre division for 10 years doesn't add to your P4P status.
Canelo only gets no1 because Golovkin was massively overrated by the boxing public and the Ring who did so purposely just to make Canelo number 1.
It depends on how good they look winning. They could both fight either worse or better or the same as average. If the winner looks very impressive he becomes number 1 on my list. Right now I have GGG number 2 and Canelo number 5.
Where you got them now?

Who do you have at number one? Bud? Loma?
