People saying that the first fight was too much of a white wash to make the second fight interesting need their heads checked...Froch ended very well ... look at last nights fight and compare it to the first one then look at the Kessler fight and compare it to the first one.. Froch has a very good chance of beating Ward...Froch never looked right in the fight with Ward Froch stated in the post fight (Ward) interview that in order to beat Ward he would need to work on the technical aspects of boxing. Since that fight, IMO Froch has shown no changes or improvements in the technical aspects of his fight game. I see the same Froch making the same mistakes, i.e. like leaving his left hand in his pants pocket. Granted it was a little higher last night against Groves but there were plenty of times where it was not and George landed the right. I think Froch would be better off fighting JCC Jr and GGG before considering fighting Ward. Save Ward for his last fight because fighting him now will just kill his momentum.

He clearly lost the first fight but I think he's done enough to get a rematch. It has to be England though. If not, **** Ward! He made a mockery of the super six after his bs win over Kessler as far as not wanting to travel outside of California. Idc if he fought the finale in AC. The only big names Ward has beat are Froch & Kessler (Kessler was slowly declining & exiting his prime). Abraham & Bika are tough fighters - but not elite. I'll give him credit for beating Dawson but that's about it. He has been very inactive for the past couple of years & hasn't really done that much. Apart from the inactivity, it takes more than a few good fights to warrant a position as No.2 PFP in the world. The guy is a joke. Kovalev & Golovkin would expose him. I have to strongly disagree. Hopefully we will get to see these fights take place someday. my money would be on ward. ward is like the second coming of Hopkins when it comes to taking his opponents best weapon away. he's too much of a bull for ggg and his ring Iq is too high for kovalev.

the KO's plus the persona puts butts in the seats. to me he's just selling his self. if folks feel salty about what he says or how he comes off during interviews, then great. Why? because those that don't like him will continue to talk about him and pay to see him lose, just like they do with Floyd and, AB. As long as KT continues to win and talk trash, he'll make a killing financially and substantially more than Porter. right now GBP is not going to match KT against anyone that he might not be able to KO because it's that KO reputation that will attract viewers. I don't like to say any fighter is ducking another fighter. I just don't bye that. I understand boxing is a business and certain fights get pushed back until the excitement/ hype is at its peak. With saying that, I think GGG's camp put their foot in their mouths when the made the statement about fighting anyone from 154 to 175. They should have clarified the statement when it was made , that it would only be for big money fights. By them not doing so, it makes it look as if they are trying to avoid Ward. I do believe HBO does not want this fight because of their investment in GGG. If Ward does him like he did Dawson, that's a lot of money down the drain. It's not like Floyd / Canelo because Canelo has a huge fan base and can take a loss and still be viable and bankable, financially.

I'm nothing close to a lawyer nor do I claim to know a lot about laws, but I would think al haymon being a lawyer is smart enough not to get caught up in a situation that could get him sued and end up on the losing end. Kathy may have filed but that does not mean she has a valid case. if Shaffer and haymon did something legally shady, I would think they are smart enough to cover their tracks. whether or not what they did is morally shady is a whole other issue. its up to you to decide if you agree or disagree with them. I am interested in how this plays out.

It's funny how the so-called fight fans hate Haymon, but the fighters don't. You have yet to hear of one fighter complaining about him. Even when the fighter only gets one or two bouts a year, they're still not complaining. with all of the other advisor/managers in the world, not one fighter has said a negative thing about his services. But every time you turn around it's always a fighter that's not with him that's complaining or suing his advisor/management. Like him or not, he seems to be doing his job and doing it well.
