You said it many times in the past until it was pointed out to you that Manny never once said he was afraid of needles. Saying "drawing blood close to a fight" doesn't equal "I'm afraid of needles". He basically said, "ok, since you're going to make up a new standard of testing that nobody else does, I would like to have my own rules about this made up testing too". It isn't a rumor. Its suspcious that a fighter would turn down the biggest payday of his career because he wouldn't submit to random blood testing. Its also suspcious when the fighter that refused blood testing has a trainer who has been caught giving peds to other fighters.
