Judah was landing that left uppercut. That was the key punch that hurt Cotto, but Cotto withstood the punishment despite being hit hard from the very beginning.

Margarito got exposed if you don't like it that's too bad. Margarito is no warrior just a man with a skirt underneath.
It doesn't matter it was plaster thats why he didn't take them off like hes done in other fights. They both had blood on them and one has a big hole from the plaster breaking the wraps.http://i605.photobucket.com/albums/tt140/Hiram_Joel/lol.jpg
Ricans are mad that a one dimensional bum forced their hero to quit :lol1:
Your mad because he got exposed because he needed to cheat to do it. That's being a coward. Acting all macho, but having plaster under his hand wraps. Margarito is a guy with a skirt underneath.
Blah.
Margarito=ATG.
Plaster takes time to harden? Well, how did he make Cintron quit in the first half of the fight? Or blast out Kyvelos, Johnson and Gomez in 2?
Although I know the plaster was already a bit hard before he was going to fight Mosley.
And if the plaster takes all night to get hard...Do Williams and Clottey have plaster immunity? Cuz they went 12 rounds w/ Tony.
Oh I forgot Margarito took his hand wraps off in those fights and not in the Cotto fight. My bad.
Cuz they went 12 rounds w/ Tony.
Come on man. This plaster shit is weak.
Thanks for the bad rep. I like getting under idiots skin, it shows how much its hurts them. I understand you're in complete denial. Remember you dont have to be Mexican to defend everyone of them especially a lying cheat. your giving a bad name to your country when you start to defend criminals. But it take s a fool to defend another. Margarito had a sentence for a year, but just like a thief that stole a victory he got away some other times until he finally got caught with his plaster hands in the cookie jar. R.I.P.
floyd did not grow up like the average kid.
at an early age his father mayweather sr. made him train vigorously, jr did not get to play with other kids in his neighborhood. you can compare his upbringing to that of a spartan kid, who was only brought up to learn and master the art of war, as for jr it was boxing.
as an adult he is criticized for his immaturish ways. he is just misunderstood. fmj was robbed of his childhood and only when he was older showed those traits he had missed out on. now at 32, he looks like he is finally growing up.
now for fmj fighting style, fans want more action. what new fans of boxing dont know is that he was very exciting not too long ago. its not that he doesnt want to throw alot of punches, his hands are just very brittle. he had started being less active after previous bouts where he had broken his hand, and was forced to fight with only one.
these are just some points that lead to the misconception of FMJ.
Very true. Floyd hands are hurt thats why he has to be careful and use his defense more than he would like.
I think he has been doing it since way before Cintron. Probably most of his career. His trainer even said it he always wrapped his hands this way. Now he doesnt strike you as a guy who would lie about something like wrapping hands does he?
your telling me. no one puts on an old gauze with blood for no reason. He had already used them and they worked just fine. I would use new ones like very other boxer does, but since these were special Margaret put them on.
Off topic a bit but i dont get why some people over here hate people of pakistani origin and not people of indian origin??? Because i seem to know how they call everyone the P word even if they're not from there..
So why the hostility toward pakistani national and not indians so much???
who knows maybe it has to do with the war.

Here he got caught when the trainer asked him how was the punch. Which they had prepared. The trainer wanted to know if the plaster was getting hard to see if they've had done a good job. Margarito was pleased on how good it was working.
They're asking Margarito hows his punch? Not Miguel Cotto's punch, because Antonio Margarito already had a taste of Paul Williams and Kermit Cintron two bigger punchers than Miguel Cotto and they didn't care about their power because everyone knows Antonio Margarito has a chin of Iron. Right?
What??? the belt is on the line???? I didnt know that, I thought the fight was at a catchweight of 145 with the Diamond WBC belt on the line.
This is why boxing is a dirty sport..
Yep two belts are on the line.
PEDs won't give you boxing skills.
PEDs won't teach you to punch using both hands.
PEDs won't teach you how to move in and out to avoid getting punched.
You guys are saying that Pacquiao seems to be knocking down opponents at higher weights and taking in their best shots but we've seen that trait before, why didn't we question Duran before? Why didn't we question other fighters who has achieved much as well?
Why are you guys not questioning Oscar? Mayweather? Who has ventured and gained so much weight by moving in and out of divisions as well?
Furthermore, another explanation I could give on the issue Pacquiao gaining more power and explosiveness is him not being dehydrated anymore.
Most guys know all those stuff stated above. The thing you guys are arguing for right now is that Pacquiao gets an edge in getting to train harder but don't you guys realize that Pacquiao has always been a monster in training? Ever ****ing, since? And the reason he could seem to be looking better and better in training is that because he's getting to eat all the food he wants to eat and not dehydrate himself anymore??
Imagine Pacquiao dehydrating himself just so he could weigh in @ 135. He has always been trying to lose 9pounds plus. At fight night he would always usually weigh in at 144+ so what's the point?
They say he takes PEDs to train harder. I say common sense tells you that eating more > dehydrating yourself to make weight will give you more energy to train harder. 9000 calories to burn everyone?
I don't know. Just my two cents. I'm not saying I'm correct and all that.
So are you saying he's on Peds. I guess people just want to make excuses incase he is cheating.
Peds help him train my giving him more stamina & energy among other things.
It all depends really what your taking. If he is taking something its helping him be stronger by still being quick. I also read some steroids help fighters take more punishments and avoid getting knock out. Higher circulation help preventt blood clots which help give a fighter a lesser risk of getting K.O.
Add to the fact that if one fighter is taking something and the other guy isn't its double the advantage. Having more power helps him hurt his opponnet while intimidating them when they would normally come forward.
theres a reason fighters take steroids and thats because it makes them perform much, much better. They use too say roger clemens trained very hard, but he was taking HGH which helped him train harde while avoiding injuries. Some athletes take them to recover from injury. So at the same time it helps them avoid getting hurt. Theres no excuses if a athlete is cheating by using steroids his wins should be looked as loses. Or else lets start giving steroids to the all fighters so they can be stronger, faster etc.
Hey are you a doctor or something that you know steroids do this stuff??
like you have agility to dodge opponents and recover from injuries.
Steroids will get you enough strength it will not make you a DODGY thing.
this may help you: http://en.w i k i pedia.org/wiki/Anabolic_steroid
You don't have to be a doctor to listen or read their own opinion.
Steroids use in Baseball. Speed and Power in Baseball.
