The only difference is that he is a bit more conservative with his punches now and defensively orientated. He went for the KO in the last round and made his opponent quit in the corner. He walked a man down who was about 30lbs bigger to me. I saw nothing you could hate on. So why is there this new found hate? I've seen idiots say he is clout chasing Wilder when Usyk has a way better resume than him. Usyk has proven he wants to fight the best and that's why he is calling out Wilder, he wants to become world champion at Heavyweight and prove people wrong. Don't forget he won every belt at Cruiserweight in his opponents backyard. I think it's simply because of fear. People, especially Wilder fans, are afraid for him. I think Derevyanchenko has a way better case of winning than Canelo did...I mean my goodness he hurt Golovkin visibly to the body and bothered him to the head, he pieced him up with combo's, really pushed him back while not getting hit as much as Canelo did. GGG couldn't really use his jab like he wanted to and like he could do Vs Canelo. He did more damage to GGG, hit him more, while getting hit less. I think November 2 will be a very special night guys, Canelo might get blasted out.

It's not like Pacquiao Vs De La Hoya Where Pacquiao was a big underdog or Mikey Vs Spence and Loma Vs Rigondeaux...in these cases the smaller fighters actually were the underdogs and daring to be great, not a heavy favourite. The odds for GGG-Derevyanchenko are closer and the odds for GGG-Canelo are almost 50/50 and Canelo would also not be a big favourite Vs the likes of Bivol and Callum Smith. So my question is...how exactly is Canelo daring to be great when he is such a big favourite? If he was truly daring to be great he would have picked a fight where he wasn't such a big favourite right? I personally think the odds are a bit too wide, but it probably has alot to do with how short notice the fight is for Kovalev and how tough his last fight was.

Same thing happened in the Pedraza fight...people were calling him a hypejob because he went 12 rounds. Even though he dropped Campbell and hurt him several times, people are doing the same thing now. Dropped Pedraza twice and dropped Campbell. Both are way bigger fighters than Loma. What is the problem? As you move up you can't get KOs that easily anymore.. Loma is not a huge puncher, but he has decent pop. He has hurt all his 15 opponents. Fact is Campbell only won about 1-2 rounds according to the judges. Myself, I gave him 3. I feel like people are just giving his opponents sympathy rounds for being competitive, when they are not actually winning them... He is winning wide decisions over top 5 guys in the division...above his natural weight. Atgs like Floyd Mayweather regularly went the distance. Loma is still dominant, like Mayweather was. Everyone gets hit. So why the criticism? I know he has been hyped up beyond belief. I don't like it either. Clear sign Loma improved, when he destroyed a fighter who was on the same level as an opponent he had problems with. Not even talking about the asterisks surrounding his loss. Again, a gold medalist has lost early in his pro career... Robeisy Ramirez lost his pro debut, a 2x gold medalist to a fighter who was 4-2-2. What boxing fans don't realise is how difficult it is for great amateurs to transition to the pro's. It's an entirely different game for some. We have seen it time and time again with Zou Shiming, Frankie Gavin, Felix Diaz etc. People say it's unimpressive that Lomachenko won a world title in his third fight because of all his amateur experience...but those guys are clueless. How many great amateurs can you name that did this? How many even stay on top? Right, it's not alot. Only the real special fighters can do such a thing. Robeisy Ramirez can come back, but I'm not confident about it.

Recently it seems like the WBA is really catering to PBC fighters especially and gifting them opportunities to fight for one of their fraudulent interim titles. Just so they can parade around and pretend to be world champion without actually beating one... Why do they do this? Is it a coincidence or are they getting paid off? First time I noticed was with the Davis-Cuellar scandal. The WBA decided to not make Machado their full champion even though he knocked out their 'super' champ in Corrales. Then all of the sudden Gervonta Davis got the opportunity to fight for the title instead Vs a fighter coming off a 2 year lay-off, a loss and coming up in weight from featherweight... They never even gave Machado an explanation why he wasn't the full champ. It smelled like corruption. And now im starting to see it more and more, especially in divisions where the Rival promoters have the champs signed to them. For example, Marcus Browne getting a shot at that WBA interim, just lost it to Pascal. That's a division dominated by Top Rank. Another example is Easter suddenly getting the opportunity to fight for the WBA interim title Vs Barthelemy. Made no sense to order that fight. But again this is a division dominated by Rival promoters. Again, this backfired. Now we have Lara fighting Ramon Alvarez for the WBA interim title in a joke fight. Castano held that title, wtf happened? And how is Ramon Alvarez getting the opportunity to fight for that title... Brandon Figueroa suddenly also has that title I saw. It seems like it's an easy cop out for the PBC to avoid making fights happen with other promoters and still let their fighters be champ. Is the WBA getting controlled by money from the networks? Are they corrupt? I think so...what do you think?

For me 1. Kovalev 2. Gvozdyk 3. Bivol 4. Beterbiev 5. Eleider Alvarez 6. G.Ramirez 7. Pascal 8. Browne 9. Jack 10. Hart Kovalev & Gvozdyk can both be #1, the real #1 is Gvozdyk-Beterbiev winner imo.

why do they want to fight a southpaw particularly? Firstly, there aren't many southpaw Heavyweights out there man. This is strange. I like Farmer Vs Jo Jo Diaz and I would like that to happen soon. But even better I think is Farmer Vs Berchelt or Herring. Maybe even Cancio? A reporter asked Arum and Hearn about that and they said they would be happy to work together again and make a unification fight happen between their fighters like they did with Hooker-Ramirez. Pacquiao had no advantage over Thurman whatsoever. People need to stop with this excuse. It was an even level playing field. It's not like Thurman got tested and Pacquiao didn't. Both went through the same stuff. If Pac could have taken PEDs then Thurman could have also done that. They both agreed to the same testing. Just because Pacquiao won doesn't mean that he was on PEDs and Thurman wasn't , that is ridiculous. His skills and experience won him the fight. This whole situation with Maxim Dadashev has opened my eyes man... We shouldn't allow someone to participate in this sport who has openly expressed that he wants to end someone's life in this ring! That's it. Things should be done about this Friday night I watched a young warrior in Dadashev take too much punishment and it ended up costing his life. I followed the kid for a while now and it really hit me. The danger is very real and realistic! Everytime these fighters step in the ring they risk their lives for our entertainment. So why do we allow someone in the ring who has openly told us about his fked up fantasy to kill someone up in that ring? Is that supposed to be cool or something? This dude is a fkn scumbag! If he keeps saying this stuff the commissions should stop him before something like this happens again. And don't talk to me about 'he just promoting the fight' and sh#t like that.
