The LAST thing I am doing is celebrating. This mess cost Pac alot of money. Nothing to celebrate. And if legit, Spence career may be over.
Yeah, poor Pac, he'll be near poverty over this!!!
you're usually the first one trashing fights like that...callin em rockem sockem robots and sheet. Why the change of heart?
It wasn't rockem sock'em robots, Ortiz forced it to be a skills fight for most of the rounds, Wilder had to hurt him to beat him
his name was Deontai Wilderoisksjkyz.
if Wilderoisksjkyz was a 40-0 heavyweight that just defeated the most avoided and feared heavyweight in recent memory he would already be P4P #1 on ESPN.
PROVE ME WRONG.
Wilder's win over Ortiz shts all over GGG's resume. debate this I dare you...
ESPN ranked GGG#1 after his gift vs DJ.
Deontai Wilderoisksjkyz is clearly P4P #1 with a bullet.
Haha, I love it!
Did anyone else notice that?
Ref and dr could have checked wilder in his corner.
They bought him more time to recover from being hurt .
I couldnt wait for the next round to start and when that happened paulie even said something.
Something was fishy.
This was like a spit mouthpiece by the promotion.
You Mad, was you hoping Deontay got knocked out...you no like him?
Hearns had a better jab, footwork, balance, and more accurate with the right hand. He also was pretty underrated when it came to fighting on the inside which is something Wilder hasn't shown yet.
Fight tall, use reach, throw the straight right hand, hurt your opponent, get the knockout...I'm sure Emmanuel Steward would say the same thing
You are living on the brink of a disaster.
I liked how Wilder talked after the fight about Ortiz.
In a rematch I still got Ortiz.
Wilder is a KO about to happen.
Sorry guys, but he sucks and only packs a punch.
You Mad? Was you hoping he got knocked out? You no like Deontay?
I don't want to lead the witness so I'll keep it short....
Did y'all believe Wilder recieved special treatment in round 7 (the round he was badly hurt) and the beginning of round 8 (officials stopped the round to check his eye's) in your opinion?
You say he was on the verge of getting stopped yet you question why the ring doctor would want to see him in that condition???
i dont know, it leaves a bitter taste what happened with the ref buying time for wilder, and the fact that the blatant fix was in. was messaging friends at the same time who all had ortiz way in front and we were saying the judges will have wilder ahead, thats a sad state of affairs that you know which fights are going to be fixed. as for the fight itself there was some good action, but its funny cause a lot of the sweet scientists who mock others for liking the 'rock em, sock em' fights seem to do a 180 when it comes to wilder
Wilder knows what his strengths and best chance to win is and he goes for it, you can't hate him for that. He will never be a pure boxer so there is no point in trying to be a heavyweight Floyd! We give him props for doing what he does best, going for the KO
He is a great athlete but his fundamentals, balance, and technique is very subpart. Spilka, Stiverne, and Ortiz we're all better but yet they lost. Is Wilder changing our perspective on what it takes to be a champion and elite boxer? Or is this all based on luck?
Have you ever heard of Tommy Hearns? Now compare and contrast Deontay Wilder
Hearns beat Duran, Leonard, Wilfred, Barkley, and Cuevas. Those guys are above the likes of Ortiz
I didn't say anything about who you like or think is better, I said compare and contrast there styles and if you can't see a similarity between the offensive style of Hearns and Wilder then you dont know **** about boxing
If castillo can beat floyd just imagine what loma will do to a 130 prime floyd. Probably LOMA will make floyd quit like he did to rigo.
Yeah cause Loma will overwhelm Floyd with his size and strength, enter the ring 15lbs heavier, mauling, and coming at Floyd like JC Chavez!
From what I saw yesterday, AJ would smash Wilder in a few rounds. That's my take on it.
However, if he doesn't, Wilder will always be dangerous.
Or Wilder will smash AJ
I get it. You’re a fanboy. That’s why you take offense.
It goes without saying that everything anyone says on a forum represents their opinion. Assuming anything else makes you look like an imbecile.I spoke in perfect English what I thought, that fight could go either way, it is retarded for you to claim one guy will wipe the other out when it's clearly two formidable champion level opponents
If Wilder catch Joshua with that right hand he will go down too! You have no basis to say what will or won't happen with two powerful heavyweights, it's clearly unpredictable right now. We don't need your predictions, we just need to see the fight!
That's a very weird response on a boxing forum; where the whole principal of this place is to express your opinion.
You're a sad, strange little man. And you have my pity.
I simply find your declarations premature and not well thought out, when one fighter can end a fight at anytime with one punch to say he will lose with absolute certainty is an empty statement.
Castillo beat Floyd more than Salido beat Loma.
Would Floyd after 1 pro fight beat Salido?
Of course not. Especially when he comes in overweight.
Salido knows what will happen to him if they fought an immediate rematch, let alone now.
Show me your evidence that Floyd would lose to Loma at 130, go ahead and whip out your video evidence of Floyd at 130 and show me what Loma is going to exploit or take advantage of
At 130 prime for prime it would be a toss up.
I disagree, Floyd is bigger, stronger, faster, has all the advantages. Loma's experience and IQ is neutralized by Floyd's who has never been matched in that category.
Why would people have soured on GGG ? Because he had a couple close fights ? I'm talking about when the wrong fanbase claims a fighter, looks to me that base just claimed Loma
A few Posters say Loma could beat Floyd so you have to go berserk. Let them have their opinion even if you think they are wrong. Now you are so pissed off at a few Loma fans that you want Crawford to beat Loma up in a fight that won't happen and isn't a fair fight. Crawford fights at 147 now while Loma is still at 130. Loma will probably fight Mikey Garcia soon and if Loma is overrated Mikey will show us that. Mayweather is retired and no version of the all time great Mayweather will ever fight Loma so why worry so much about what a few Loma fans say?
Except I'm a fan of Loma, always have been but I see what's about to happen. The same people that soured Golovkin and Pacquiao about to claim Loma as their fantasy hero and the nonsense begins.
Many of us who originally supported Loma are about to break camp so as to not be associated with the idiot faction.
I think you should take your own advice. How is Floyd or his legacy threatened by Loma in any way?
Look at the threads, look at got damn Dan Rafeal, it's easy to say this about 40 year old retired Floyd, but when he was at 130 I don't recall anybody saying he would lose to Prince Nasseem, who would of been the Loma of his time.
Oh boy. Man, I am a Mayweather fan. My post was sarcasm at its best (or so I thought). Which crowd am I supposed to be a part of now?
I am not a boxing purist but I try to be honest about what I see. I've been saying the same thing for like 8 months now. Lomachenko is a special fighter but he's being elevated to a status that he hasn't reached yet. This statement will appear that I'm hating by people like the OP. That was the purpose of my "sarcastic" post. But here you come chiming in and got it all wrong. I guess being a boxing purist leaves little room for basic comprehension.
If it was sarcasm, my apologies, but the fact is most people who admire Mayweather's boxing style are also fan's of Loma's boxing, it has nothing to do with race, ethnicity, nationalism, at the end of the day we like skills and talent.
