Wladimir's 21-2 in title fights and ranks 4th all time in title fight wins and 2nd in length. I would say that clearly ranks as an all time resume but thanks for hatefully playing.

Correction: 3rd all time in title fight wins.

    The Top 6 is:

    Louis: 26-1
    Ali: 22-3
    Wlad: 21-2
    Holmes: 20-5
    Lewis: 16-2
    Vitali: 15-2

Try reading posts in context of the discussion you ignorant douchebag: We were specifically comparing post-layoff fights.
I responded to exactly what you wrote and intended dip****

Good old Vits going along with the corruption as long as it suits him Yes he's going to make a fine politician indeed!!

And no, there is only one world champion.

Louis would murder him. And if Byrd gave him fits Jack Johnson and Jimmy Young would offer problems. Vits isn't that skilled, just big and awkward.

What I mean is as has already been pointed out, to WBC breaks its own rules to pick and choose who it wants to keep and who it doesn't if a fighter is hurt or inactive. They stripped Ward, yet allow Vits to stall and hang on to his paper title. This makes Vits part of that corruption because he goes along with it. And he goes along with it because it benefits him. As I said, typical politician.

He does what every boxer would do.

Anyway I agree on the premisses. The conclusions you make is for your own account. I always found it odd how Vitali (and Chavez Jr.) was allowed to keep their belts while Ward was stripped.

I think you've read enough from my hand through the years to know that I despise the alphabet boys. But they are here and probably also here to stay.

Vitali is the WBC champion which is exactly that. No more. No less. He is also the second baddest man on the planet.
