Exceptionally annoyed to hear that if GGG-Jacobs is actually finalized there's a strong chance it will be on HBO PPV. Absolutely disgusting.— Dan Rafael (@danrafaelespn) December 2, 2016
GGG feels comfortable fighting on ppv because you idiots keep screaming about how much of a star he is. Lol. Now buy the fight— Good Knight (@KnightsOutBoxin) December 2, 2016
**** gonna flop and give another reason for Canelo to tell him to **** off cause he makes no money
So GGG inherited all the pac Tardss? wtf, f no he won't be p4p #1. Jacob doesn't even crack the top 20 he is a lower B lvl fighter and still be GGG best name in his resume if he wins. and he only got himself to blame for having a ***** tier promoter. most of the dudes at 154 need to move up and are huge for the weight, 160 has good potential to explode but everyone wants to pretend like they're smaller men. this era full of estrogen. smh. 165 is trash, so GGG moving up won't do much and it would be the same story that is now. Zurdo is the only interesting name, that is if he continues to win and grow his name cause right now he isn't that great himself.
His personality just seems quite boring compared to Floyd what made Oscar such a big draw
maybe being mexican-american
but he also was in a few classic matches where Floyd really hasn't been in any all like that.
also he fought everyone during their prime where some would argue that Floyd didn't.
not dissing Mayweather, if anything its cause he was so dominating beside the 2 or so close matches he had. plus in the casual perspective he wasn't very fun to watch and his views he got through the years had more to do with people wanting to see him lose because of the bad-boy image he created during his bout with ODLH.
but at the end of the day Floyd got the records (most ppv buys) so it doesn't matter.
the question should be how many rounds before mikey quits he quit against salido. at 135 I think loma beats him
yeah because you stay undefeated by quitting.
:trink26:
he didn't seem to know how to handle a pressure fighter (although salido was very dirty in that fight) I think Vargas gonna come out and drag him into a dog fight and we will see what Loma is made of. I got El Bandito but i'm a bit bias.
That's funny because everyone was saying it was a tough fight for Mayweather and the haters were saying Mayweather would duck. It sold over 2 mil because it was viewed as a competitive fight. Now silly lil fools like you want to downplay it.
casual hype everything up. it was a masterful display of skill on Mayweather part but stop it, you know Canelo was way too green. dude was like 20 years old.
Mayweather vs Maidana 1
not really a L
but Sweat Pea Vs Chavez ( whitaker def won that one)
every win that joe calzaghe has because watching him gave me cancer :lame:
Marquez vs Pacquiao 3 (Marquez def won that one)
Pacquiao Vs Bradley 1
De La Hoya Vs Trinidad
Exactly why I want the fight. Vargas is a strong , physical warrior and I wanna see how far Loma has come in the last 2 years.
From what I've seen in his last 2 fights, Loma has been using his forearms and holding better, plus pushing guys behind the head. These are all pro tactics he had no idea about back in the Salido fight.
Very interesting match up.
I'm with you, def the fight I want to see next for the both of them
more so than the rematches with Salido (both guys)
Vargas tank is also very high, dude has stamina for days
also pure boxers always seem to have problems with volume punchers/high pressure fighters, just look at Mayweather's most debatable wins/fights
def hype as hell to see it and more so since Loma himself said he wants him next
like I said I'm a bit bias but wouldn't be mad if Loma beats him, the guy is gifted
He turned pro at 27...how do you become a hall of fame fighter starting at 27? He is one of the most gifted fighters in terms of skill I have ever seen, but how do we get him into Canastota?
I think he is on the track to it. just try to keep unifying
I mean the guy has 8 fights and is already at/near the top of his weight class
he beats Vargas or Corrales and he will be consider the top dog at 130
keep moving up and continue on that path he is on.
Guess you conveniently forget how he utterly dominated a and humiliated Canelo.
Stood right in front of the bigger man and made him miss all night. Guess according to you that wasn't dominant.
Canelo is barely hitting his prime right now
he was still green back then. everyone knew this except the money nut huggers
Horrible comment... If anything is PR prospects been thrown to the wolves too early, their prospects are fighting for world titles at 10-15 wins.... canelo and chavez jr have 40+ wins against total cans before getting a tittle shot. Not to mention mexicans not only support but are proud of what margarito did, thats how deep their hate against puerto ricans are that they take any win even if its cheating.
120 millions of mexicans vs 4 million ricans and they still need to cheat.
same can be said about ricans though with cotto beating on cripples :owned:
anyways instead of arguing
what some great ricans vs mexicans fights
I seen
sanchez vs gomes
Chavez vs Camacho
Tito vs Vargas
Tito Vs ODLH
Cotto vs Margarito
and a few others
how is cotto consider on par with
chavez
sanchez
Marquez
Morales
Barrera
that dude has lost every time it was time to step up
his best win is mosley
the rest of his wins always had some controversy
Gomez
Benitez
Trinidad
are atgs though without a doubt
**** I think Edwin Rosario was better than cotto tbh
Real/honest question. Please no trolls or race baiters, or racists.
It is widely known that in WW2, Russia kicked Germany's ass only for the sole reason that after the Germans owned native Russians and pushed them all the way back to Moscow, suddenly Russia sent in the Siberian reinforcements from the "far east' which were Mongol blooded troops. These troops were the most savage, brutal, and unaffected by cold temperatures of -50 below zero fahrenheit.
These troops over ran the Germans easily and annihilated them.
Russia is probably the most powerful country in the world for the simple reason that the Russian DNA is basically made up of Slavic mixed with Viking blood (already powerful) mixed with Mongol blood from when the Mongol Golden Horde conquered the Kievan Rus for a couple hundred years.
However guys like Gennady Golovkin are clearly much more Mongol DNA having than the typical Slav. Guys like Golovkin are monsters, unable to feel pain, have crushing power beyond any human, have inhuman physical strength and resistances to punches and are incapable of being knocked out.
Kovolev is also because he is from deep in Siberia somewhere where Mongol DNA is prevalent.
Are there any Mongol blooded people that can explain why guys like Golovkin and Kovolev are indestructible and what makes that region's genetic blood line so powerful in battle?
if that was the case than the Chinese would be just as powerful
if not more since they have more mongol DNA than them
I mean a big percentage of them can even trace their roots back to Genghis khan
these threads are proving how retarded some of u are getting.
I like GGG and even favor him to beat Canelo but just like Pac some of u lil rats are starting to make me dislike him. i guess it really is true that the Pac**tards really did jump on GGG tip. cause y'all really sound like they did back in the day.
Lemieux is the most underrated fighter in boxing right now. He would batter every 154 lber and would beat every 160 lber except for ggg, canelo, and maybe jacobs. No way anybody like lara beats him. He will walk right through him. If you don't have volume and a great jab like ggg with power forget about it.
nah he isn't underrated.
i mean he lost to Journey man Rubio, enough said.
no way he beats Canelo. if anything he get stop by him just like rubio stopped him
Canelo would get KOed by Lemieux heads up.
don't have the footspeed to get away. very hittable against the ropes(watch liam smith fight). and his power is not carrying to MW. especially not against a granite chinned power puncher like Lemieux who will smother him.
granite chin ahahaha :crackhead
They are though. Asians fighters in general have always known to be tough especially koreans. Duk Koo Kim, Injin Chi. There are some Koreans in the UFC that withstand ridiculous punishment too.
The Mongol gene of Asian and white put into that tough climate definitely combines to make a certain type of individual more times than not. I think GGG and Provodnikov are pretty good examples.
I don't think koreans have that much mongel Dna since I believe they never conquer them, same with japan (although they tried but got hit by a damn tsunami)both countries produce tough as nail fighters.
but I do know that Chinese have a lot of mongol in them and they aren't really a factor in any combat sports (wushu is more of a dance than an actual martial art)
also India have mongol in them and also the same with them. they don't really produce great fighters.
as well as most eastern arab countries (whom also have been conquer by them).
This Solid win against a journeyman like Stevens
Stevens is a bum
he was a bum when ggg beat as well
dude couldn't beat bum ass rosado in bkb which should've favor him more. enough said
and so is roman reigns, dude sucks and can't wrestle for ****
Shinsuke Nakamura is the best tbh
I just hope they give us a great fight.
Whoever wins, let's give credit where credit is due.
I don't want to see post talking about bums or hyped people.
Let's be a little mature if we can this time out.
Who do you guys got and why? Please explain.
I got GGG, I just don't see Danny's chin holding up.
I mean he did get drop by Mora who isn't known to have power.
one thing that GGG has is accuracy with his punches, so he will land.
Jacobs might try to box him but I don't think he has the skills to do so for too long.
Since the cokehead and his diva are obviously going to duck GGG again, I'd LOVE to see them try and "cherry pick" Lemieux. The Canadian would beat the living daylights out of the diva and leave her looking like Stevens was last night. :boxing:
So now Lemieux is a monster cause he beat bum ass stevens. :dunce:
Julio I smoke two joints chavez jr beat Lemieux's daddy and they both bums
but he would beat Canelo somehow?.
I can tell some of you dudes were born in the 80s when crack hit
smh crackbabies are the worst.
