Let's hear your predictions.
I think Moreno will do well in the early rounds, mostly out-boxing Mares from the outside. Mares will have some moments early with some flurries though. Mares' pressure will start to get to Moreno by round 5 or 6 and he will begin to walk through Moreno and finish him with a stoppage somewhere between round 8 and 10.
A lot will probably disagree, but I am really hoping that Mares stomps out boring ass Moreno, boxing needs more people like Mares, willing to go to war and fight anybody. Warrrrr Mares!
mares will have his moments on the first 4-5 rounds... he will be eventually be frustrated of moreno's movement and ring smarts which will result to even more frustration due to moreno's counter punching... watch for low blows on the 2nd half of the fight from mares as he gets desperate to land a big one on moreno... moreno by clear UD...
berto by split D... but if pacmonster catch him clean, it'll be over for berto...
pacquiao doesn't have the speed, power and aggressiveness anymore... plus all the puches he took from those big guys is already taking a toll at him... he is slowly but consistently going downhill...
Lets say his next/last 4 fights re:
Bradley
Manny
Martinez
Chavez Jr
And he beats them all UD and then retires
Where would you rank him on your ATG P4P list?
bradley - average record with a highly controversial win on his last fight...
manny - poor performance on his last 3 fights but with good overall record... on a slow yet consistent slip...
martinez - wins over pavlik and williams made his career... nothing special really... take out williams and pavlik out of his resume and you have an average
chavez jr - wtf???...
floyd could have been "great" if he didn't "vacation" his way out at welterweight... if he made weight in fighting jmm in a catchweight... fighting once a year also doesn't help the cause...
LOL at bradley... he won, got the belt, got the paycheck, but no one gives a fine f@&k about him :lew:
he should call out khan instead... 24/7 will be hilarious...
He got his promoters license he has signed Yuriorkis Gamboa, Andre Dirrell, Celestino Caballero, Billy Dib, and Zab Judah. He is best friends with the best Pound for Pound fighter in the world and has a net worth exceeding $250 million and has over 7 million twitter followers.
1. Getting a decent roster doesn't make you a legendary promoter, let alone a good one at best. Did he even actually promoted a single fight already?
2. Being best friends with the best boxer in the world doesn't make you a powerful name in the sport. I think Floyd's whores had been more close to him than 50.
3. His gazillion amount of money came from music industry, not boxing.
4. Twitter is the new Jesus Christ of this generation. Everyone confesses on Twitter. What does 7 million twitter followers translates to in terms of boxing accomplishments?
rigo is a slick mofo... great talent... but i doubt the top guys around his division is "scared" of him either... high risk, low reward...
still, donaire in a very convincing UD if they ever fight...
You said "undefeated". Nobody beat him.
thread ends right there....
its unbelievable how people try very hard to glorify floyd's resume... yeah he good, but ain't great...
i will not take into account that floyd just got out of prison... it is best for pacquiao to push the floyd fight now for the fact that he is in an obvious steady decline... further showing of poor performance and PPV buys might affect the negotiations drastically...
fight floyd now, take that all to the bank, retire afterwards win or lose (if he wins, then rematch floyd for more bucks)... then he can focus on being a congressman, actor, tv host, singer, billionaire, advertiser, businessman, bible preacher in his native Philippines... what's he got to lose anyway?...
throwing 20 punches a round, with 80% of which are left hook... sure, he will never be a huge draw... who would want to watch a fighter who seldom throws combinations and just waiting for a big left hook to land?... geez...
great talent though... he just chooses not to use the full potential of it... he always rely/wait on that goddamned left hook...
....I love it!!!...for YEARS I've said Roach is garbage..he's so overrated that its not even funny anymore...its a shame!!...I've ALWAYS stated that Manny MADE him...without Manny, Roach doesn't win so many awards nor does he get into the HOF imo...NOW he's admitting Manny KNOWS more about this game than he does LMAO...like duh!!!..we ALREADY knew that!!!!!
uhhmm... is pacquiao the first boxer that roach handled to win world championships?... i don't get the hate for roach... he probably boned more whores than you given his medical condition :lol1::lol1:

Is anybody surprised?
yup, were surprised that you even bother to make a nonsense thread... and us, including me, to even reply on this sheyt...
and ward is draining dawson by 7 lbs....
i remember the reaction of the folks here during the weigh-in of pacquiao-cotto... folks saying "cotto is a beast", "manny will be knocked out", "manny looks soft and cotto is ripped as fhuck", etc....
now cotto was drained?.. wtf?... and what the hell was ward doing to dawson?...
no, its just disgusting that peterson got to keep his title...
tests is a joke...
i think it must be stipulated on all boxing contracts that once a fighter was caught cheating, that fighter must be stripped off (in case of title fights) and an automatic reversal of verdict must be made (title/non-title fights)... if the major boxing bodies will welcome this contract stipulation, then they don't have any reason to f**ck up again...
