his resumes is great, he'd probably give Robinson a great fight...Robinson had a longer run, it's a tough call. i'm not sure who would win HtH, I feel like RR would do better vs Duran than SRL did, who never REALLY beat Duran.
You can at least debate one & two but third fight wasn't even close

I never seen him in his prime but my grandpa did live a couple of timed and he was a boxing fanatic. Praised that man all the way up until his death so I take his word for it.
Also most of the footage I saw of him wasn't in his prime and he still looked amazing. It's almost as if he boxed to his own rhythm if that makes sense.
I like his style. and I think his 147 and 154 lbs. version would beat Floyd, but he didn't fight more often. He only had 40 fights in his pro career. Great resume BTW. Sugar Ray Robinson had beaten more hall of famers in history, and Leonard said in one of his interviews that SRR was better than him.
SRL was a better boxer than Duran and beat him 2 of their 3 fights, but Duran is rank higher because he fought more often.
That was the last scorecard read, in Leonard's favor. I think it was the last one read, anyway. Bullsh*t terrible judge.
Oops, read it wrong. I thought you meant you had it 118-110. My fault.
118-110??? *confused face gif*

i will go to the grave believing hagler was screwed over. 118-110 says hagler was screwed over and could have done nothing to make that judge score the fight for him.
7-5 leonard is the only answer, my ass.

Hearns was winning the first fight and should have got the decision in the second. Talent Hearns>>>>>>>>>>>Leonard.
Pacquiao was winning that fourth fight. That doesn't mean Marquez didn't knock him out cold.
I honestly think people that say Hagler won, have never watched the fight.
For the last time, 7-5 Leonard, and that's the only correct answer.
And no, Leonard's not the best. Ray Robinson for life.

Has the resident forum dingleberry, JSFD26, been back to elaborate on his assertion that the Sugarman is not an "ATG" yet? I could do with a good laugh.
I think there's definitely an argument for Hagler. I myself had Hagler just edging it.
But it's so far from a robbery like the myth claims.
Fair enough. It wasn't a robbery. Anyone that thinks it was, is ignorant, or falling for the "Hagler got robbed" hype.
I honestly think people that say Hagler won, have never watched the fight.

He's one of the greatest of all time for sure. However, I thought he lost to Marvin Hagler, and he didn't give him a rematch to settle the controversy.
