u got nothing better to do than this? did it take you 3 days to make those stupid gifs? how about getting yourself a job? in real life? ever heard of that?
yes. on the "leave it in the ring" radio show last week:
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/leaveitintheringradio/2012/07/13/leave-it-in-the-ring-3hours-of-boxing-talk
David Duenez (radio host) asked him why he doesnt fight the best in his division, and Canelo hung up. I didnt see the switchboard, but Duenez at first thought it is also possible that they got disconnected. But when Duenez tried to call him back about 5 times in the next 10 minutes and nobody answered, he knew Canelo had hung up the phone.
I gotta say I am really impressed with Marco Huck lately. I always thought he is a overrated, hyped bum. He lost to Lebedev and imo he also lost the fight in which he won the cruiserweight title against a south american fighter. But the bottom line is Huck is way more skilled than what he looks like. He got better defence than pple give him credit for and he got better offence too. he is pretty damn good actually.
btw I scored the latest Afolabi fight for Afolabi by 1 point, but only cause Huck saved his energy and gave away all of the first 5 rounds or so. Once Huck turned it on, he basically won every round, but it was too late on my scorecard.
Huck almost beat Povetkin which was pretty awesome. I definitely think highly of him now cause he impressed me in his last fights really good
the reason why Oscar fought right handed is that his first trainer didnt know how to teach a southpaw. Thats why he taught him right handed fighting style. thats why Oscar had that big left hook and the strong left jab: cause he is a natural southpaw. lots of guys are converted: Cotto, Victor Ortiz, Marvin Hagler and I think some pple say Tyson was also a converted southpaw
I felt Vazquez won the Donaire fight. you should watch that fight without audio and u ll be surprised. Vazquez was touching Donaire with his jab all night long. apart from the knockdown, Donaire didnt win anything in that fight
no thank you I have had all the "just watch it without audio, in 1080p, the in super slow mo and you will see a different fight" crap I can take
i dont care what you think. vazquez was busting up donaire in every round with hard jabs while donaire hit the guard. maybe u should rethink your way of scoring fights
Ortiz is a very dirty fighter, but not really a headbutter- I have only seen him throw one headbutt. Ward and Bradley are the kings of headbutting together with holyfield and hopkins.
I dont take mayweather fanboys serious. and pact_ards neither.
pple who say Pacquiao really won the 3rd marquez fight are trolls to me. just like those who say mayweather won the cotto fight are trolls.
and I bet I been watching boxing when most of you guys werent even born.
That's simply one of those fights where haters will spend the rest of their lives making a case for Donaire losing.
Yes he got hit more than usual. Like Cotto vs Mayweather. But won convincingly vs an opponent who keeps his guard up well. Like Mayweather vs Cotto.
I also scored this fight for Cotto. And I had Darren Barker ahead on the scorecards when Sergio martinez stopped him. biased commentary doesnt affect my way of scoring.
I didn't see the compubox stats. I didn't score one single round for Mathebula.
Donaire's superior defensive movement was on display. Most of the time Mathebula would hit nothing but air when throwing his combinations.
I guess the sheep on here would rather pay attention to compubox as opposed to what actually happened.
Mathebula made it somewhat competitive before he was floored but even up until that point he was missing most of his punches and getting solid counters from Donaire.
From there Mathebula is in survival mode lands nothing of note and gets a beatdown handed to him while he retreats the rest of the evening.
I guess if you feel bad for Mathebula traveling from South Africa to get completely schooled you could give him a sympathy round but dude was completely out of his league.
I also thought Donaire won pretty much every round. I gave Mathebula 2 rounds, but that was it. I dont know which fight the commentators were seeing but to me Mathebula didnt do ANYTHING meaningful in the whole fight.
Will he get any credit?
the answer is: NO. wanna know why? both haye and chisora are non american fighters so they are "bums" on this forum no matter what. same with the klitschkos. if they were americans, they were gods here on this site. but since they are not, they are seen as bums with no skills beating up on other (mostly american) bums
Name the wins over the HOF'ers that put him in that ATG status.
Your best wins being De La Hoya*, and a shot to pieces Whitaker can't make you an ATG. Sorry.
Tito is probably the longest ruling welterweight champ of all time. and he probably has the most defences also (15). I didnt look it up but it might be close. he ruled for something like 7 years or so. he beat the likes of Vargas, David Reid, Campas, Sweet Pea and many more.
Scored Mathebula 115-112 Donaire...... Scored Vazquez 118-109 Donaire
you mean you had Mathebula winning the fight and Vazquez winning almost every round against Donaire?
Trinidad and Mosley are not ATG's, they are HOF'ers though.
Bernard Hopkins losses:
Roy Jones Jr
Jermain Taylor 2x
Joe Calzaghe
Chad Dawson
Trinidad IS an ATG. If you dont know that, I cant help you

Don't amuse me.
Roy Jones' resumé is a f-cking JOKE compared to De la Hoya's. Im not even an Oscar fan but his legacy is one level above RJJ's. Oscar fought EVERYBODY while Roy fought tomato cans and half professionals all his career.
And Tito is up there with de la hoya so Tito is way higher rated than Roy Jones
we already saw Arthur Abraham is also way too small for super middleweight. Actually I could have posted the same thread for Abraham (instead of Pavlik), and everything would be true as well. Only difference is that Pavlik might be a gatekeeper at 168, while Im pretty sure Abraham wont be able to be a gatekeeper.
Also i meant to say his only losses are of those to the mentioned ATG'S.
Theres probably other fighters that lost to many HOF's, but any others out there who only lost to ATG's?
JOe Frazier also only lost to ATGs: ali and foreman
Mathebula won only one round clearly (9-th), so you can end up even with 119:108 scorecard, but Donaire also had only 4 clear rounds so I wouldn't even complain if someone scored it for Mathebula. It was very close fight, clear example of fight when one guy is landing more and other guy lands heavier.
dude, can you tell me which punches Mathebula landed? Cause I saw him landing almost NOTHING the whole fight. The punchstats are a joke as always. 2 guys sitting ringside pressing a button each time they THINK something MIGHT HAVE landed. And they are biased also.
You say you can end up with a 119:108 scorecard for Donaire and at the same time you say you can see how somebody scores it for Mathebula? Imo you remind me of obama. he always gives 3 scorecards for one fight. bottom line is there is one fight, not 3 fights, so we only need one scorecard. You got 2 eyes, just like me. So judge each round once with your 2 eyes and give 1 scorecard.
A boxing fan who says "I can see it 120:108 for Donaire, but also 120:108 for Mathebula" should re-think why he watches this sport. Thats just my opinion.
haven't you got anything better to do troll? best heavyweight fight in years and you gotta complain about it cause you're butthurt about your guy getting ktfo :tool:
dude, i f#cing hate Chisora. I hate him. and I hate Haye too. but that is a scandal, the fight was great, the knockout great. but imagine chisora could have knocked haye out in those 10 seconds.
You're a effing cry baby who wanted to see Haye kod, lmao. Keep wallowing in your own pity you uneducated prick. Your boy Chisora got glussed and gloved. Your last sentence show just how weird you are cry baby.
"and I do it since A VERY LONG TIME"
Lmmfao!
the only weird guy here is you. why dont u ask mommy if she buys you your own apartment so u can move out of her basement? :bottle:
LOL
